Good start Up 4.1% on volume of 1.5% continuing yesterday’s late rise of 5.4%.
Back above 10p but still a long way to go just to get back to the 15p we saw in February. There is activity on virtually every investment giving a strong news flow. £6.5 million to invest and Leap news could land at any time with all the activity at IMG Arena and its parent company raising a massive war chest of US$1.7 Billion.

It’s become a very exciting stock. £6.5 cash with around the same again in liquid stock that they can sell at a drop of the hat. Potential £13 million to invest in the best cannabis plays coming to market. With Leap sale to come. What’s the market cap here, looks like Ed was correct to say potential £100 million mcap short term.

The RNS caused FFWD to close Up 5.4% on volume of 1.96 million. Hopefully the people who missed the late RNS will be buying in the morning now they know we have £6.5 million to invest.

RNS confirming the EMMAC sale
FastForward Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses, is pleased to note that, further to the announcement of 10 March 2021, the sale of its investee company, EMMAC Life Sciences Limited ('EMMAC'), to Curaleaf Holdings Inc. ('Curaleaf'), has successfully been completed (the 'Transaction').

As announced, FFWD had conditionally agreed to sell its entire interest in EMMAC (comprising 6,666,667 ordinary shares and a GBP750,000 convertible loan note) (the 'Sale') for GBP5,036,459 in cash (the 'Sale Consideration') and therefore, immediately prior to completion of the Transaction, FFWD has completed the Sale and received the Sale Consideration. The proceeds of the Sale will be used to make further investments in accordance with the Company's investing policy.

Ian Burns, Chairman of FastForward Innovations, commented: "We are pleased to note that all conditions in the sale of EMMAC to Curaleaf have been met and the transaction has completed. We are delighted to have made a significant return on our original investment in EMMAC. This will result in us being in an enviable position of having cash totalling in excess of GBP6.5 million, which we aim to invest in new exciting opportunities, principally within the highly active medical cannabis, cannabinoid wellness and life sciences sectors."

EMMAC sale has completed so if they haven’t had it already FFWD should have received their £5 million cash. Which is now available for investment.
Also Ed will have the 15% cash part of the sale of his own shares in EMMAC ( he had more shares than FFWD) so around £1 million. It would be a good sign of his confidence and commitment if he now invested that in FFWD.

#FFWD Looks to have completed the bat harmonic T1 10.8 p and T2 12.6p top of the channel giving a target 16p and we have a ABCD longer term view prz 33.7p nice rounded bottom above the 8 ema so expect the bargains are here now to be picked up.

Now Up 8.2% on volume of 780000 at 9.2p. If some serious volume kicks in as people buy this in their ISA for the Leap rerate this should start to get interesting. Currently trading at a ridiculous discount to NAV which only has Leap at £7.2 million.

I know that the CSE has over 150 listed Cannabis companies and it’s very cheap and easy to list on but its so illiquid and overcrowded with cannabis right now. I think Yooma would fly on London. When are they planning on doing that Matador?
