Buys exceeding sells 2/1 as volume reaches 1.3 million including a 250000 Buy. Perhaps if we are lucky we will see a tick up before the close!

For the first time ever you’re talking sense. You do realise you have to actually buy the shares to make money. The ones in your Fantasy Share league don’t count. Pmsl.

Just because you’re smart Mellon and I’m an uneducated rusty bullet hole. I have over £300 worth of FFWD if you must know.

The fact that this is currently back at the January placing price of 8.5p having been to 15p in the meantime is very hard to comprehend. So many value positive events have occurred this year with more imminent including the sale of Leap and investing our £6.5 million cash pile. This is now so undervalued one would expect a bounce from this level.

Of course I am. I’m just using you and bellend to create all my buying opportunities the more you can knock this stock before Leap happens the happier I am. Crack on boys.

The important takeaway from all those figures is that FFWD is worth a lot more than 9p now and when Leap is sold there is a strong likelihood that these will at least double.

If Leap turns out to be worth £50m. NAV will increase to 18.25 and so on. Lol. Dill go back to school.

Lol. Dill. Leap is currently valued at £17m. FFWD own 43% so like the last report states it’s value to FFWD is £7.3m. That is already configured into the NAV. If Leap
Is valued at £40m at the sale that’s an increase of £23m or to FFWd £9.9m. Which is 4.7p added to the NAV. Which gives 16.2p it’s all correct. It’s my calculations

Hmm the mathematics is shocking. It’s really simple to work out Leap value to NAV.

For every £10 million it’s 4.7p added to NAV.

£40 million is 18.8p
£50 million is 23.5p
£75 million is 35.25p

It is very quiet today on all FFWD bb’s and Twitter so I thought it would be interesting to post a valuation from LSE yesterday
SWB £250k
LGP £610k
CC £600k
JUV £2.7m
Leap £7.35m
Port £2.3m
Vem £250k
Yoom £3.3m
Cash £6.5m
Giving a current NAV of around 11.25p : Listed at last weeks prices and others at last report.

Depending on Leaps valuation at sale. The following would be added to NAV.
LEAP
£40m = +5p £50m = + 7p £75m = + 12p

The FFWD share price continually seems to defy logic. It is down 1.7% on volume of 724000 even though buys exceeding sells 3/1.

It is a disappointment that the volumes traded in our listed investments are so small. This often causes big fluctuations for examples one day this week YOOM was down 12% and yesterday it was Up 18%.Today Portage is up 8% on volume of 1000. I think these are both very promising investments and can’t understand why the volumes are so low.
