21/7/2016 10:17 | A very good RNS out yesterday and which the market reacted quite well to, then low and behold TW puts out another article about FFWD saying all false numbers. At the end of the day e are investing in FFWD and trusting the board, surely people aren't that gullible to be listening to TW. Me personally it sounds like he has a personal vendetta against Jim and Lorne. Hopefully TW will get his comeuppance one day soon. | monkeymonkey
21/7/2016 09:58 | What Lorne Abony said in February --------------- "The second half of 2016 will likely see a heavy emphasis on seeking to crystallize the value of those businesses at valuations well in excess of the value that FFWD acquired its interests; those exits could take the form of investments by third parties at higher valuations, IPO’s or sales." | doodlebug4

21/7/2016 08:27 | So far 45k bought, only 10k sold and yet they dropped the bid. | bdog51
21/7/2016 08:25 | Over on LSE chat they are speculating that Yooya could be bought out by Google. I'm not sure how likely that is but whatever happens I believe we'll get a handsome return for our stake here. | bdog51
21/7/2016 08:17 | a good 15% stake in yooya would produce an epic return too!! | wolf9
21/7/2016 07:35 | That's what I've been saying as well bdog, unless of course the sale price is simply epic as well! | flashheart
20/7/2016 21:31 | Today's RNS says that Yooya surpassed 355 million monthly views in the month of June. Yet to get from 4B views total by April to 9.6B views total by Jul, it must have averaged well over 1 billion views per month, that's way above their original KPI!Bottom line is that 9.6 billion views is simply epic.. Are we really going to sell this one, I'm rather keen to hang onto it,! | bdog51
20/7/2016 20:04 | Lol 😄😄 | moormoney
20/7/2016 19:22 | A combination of too much heat and a full moon, bdog? :-) Why bale out now as you say. | doodlebug4
20/7/2016 18:12 | Impressive news today, Yooya growth is already massive. This one's going to be very big indeed. CEO knows how to pick 'em for sure. Surprised at the 300k sell just before close. You would think investors are in here for the future potential. So why bale out now, just as the story is beginning to unfold? Beats me anyway. An odd investment strategy? | bdog51
20/7/2016 15:03 | Thank you, I had forgotten about that, rhscott. It would be interesting to find out who the strategic partner was and if the investment was completed. | doodlebug4
20/7/2016 14:53 | Sorry Doodlebug to explain, in their RNS of 15 Feb, they stated about Yooya "This investment completes the Yooya Group's initial USD3m series seed fundraising although FastForward is pleased to note that, following discussions with Yooya, this has now been increased to USD4 million to allow for a potential investment by a strategic partner prior to 10 April." | rhscott
20/7/2016 14:34 | Prospects getting more exciting again for Ffwd! I thought we might have been waiting until the Autumn for news. | moormoney
20/7/2016 14:27 | Sorry rhscott, you've lost me with that question, I'm not sure what you mean. When FFWD originally invested in Yooya there was an option to increase the stake and to invest a further US$1million, which they exercised in February. | doodlebug4
20/7/2016 11:15 | I as under the impression there was a further $1 million available for a further partner to invest in the company not that FFWD had an option - does anyone know what this means?> | rhscott
20/7/2016 11:10 | I took it to mean it might be sold in the short term. Will be of significant value if it is. | rafboy
20/7/2016 11:07 | Thanks for highlighting that db. Could mean many things as not too specific. | flashheart
20/7/2016 11:04 | This is what flash is referring to in the last RNS; 5. Specifically, the Company believes its investments in Biotechnology, education technology, and its investment in Yooya could yield significant returns in the near term. Exit opportunities on favourable terms are under review for these investments. | doodlebug4
20/7/2016 11:00 | I would like to think so db but didn't the last RNS allude to realising some value from our existing stake? Maybe yooya is close to a trade sale or an IPO. The latter would be very exciting. | flashheart
20/7/2016 10:57 | Yes, are you thinking that FFWD might be thinking about increasing their stake in Yooya? | doodlebug4
20/7/2016 10:50 | We have a 15% stake in Yooya I believe ????? | flashheart
20/7/2016 10:49 | Pleased to say you were wrong Lauders lol! Investors now waking up to the fact of the quality of these investee companies. Yooya in its own right could have the ability to triple the FFWD share price not to mention the others in the stable. | flashheart
20/7/2016 08:40 | Lol, flash - yes! I was rather sceptical when the announcement was first made about FFWD's investment in Yooya - for various reasons, but it's becoming obvious that Lorne Abony has invested wisely. | doodlebug4
20/7/2016 08:28 | It's having a go Lauders. Excellent news as you say re Yooya. It's looking like being a massive asset. Have you been converted to Yooya yet doodlebug lol? | flashheart |
