The reality is nothing has changed, just more talk, Why would they raise > 1 million for cash at near all times low, if they expected good news and a substantial rise in the share price

I'm trying to think of any time I've been to meet a BOD where they were a dour and matter of fact bunch... that would have been a good investment.

Being full of optimism when someone is the owner of a startup about which they've got conviction is very, very different from a BOD at an investor roadshow.

After all, what are they actually at the roadshow for ?
Ask yourself that.
Its certainly not to make YOU money.
