The fact that they had to raise another >1 million cash at these low share price figures, after stating breakeven only a few months ago, confirms imo that the midgard pipeline is proving far harder to turn into signed contracts. Apart from incentives, share dilution and broker rnss there has been total silence from a company with a supposed healthy pipeline of a disruptive product to match the up and coming regulation changes.

On the 7th February, Mike Read offered this little gem: "....I look forward to announcing further contracts in the near future". Now, I don't know what your idea of 'near future' looks like but I would have thought it would have been quicker than now. The problem is that they release all this hyperbole then follow it up with a placing, despite assurances to the contrary (acquisition notwithstanding). And that is why, after many years of dilution and non-delivery on promises, that the market has little faith left.

It could be another 4 to 6 weeks before the update, if they provide one at all.
2 months now since the last contract news so I assume midgard has failed to win any more financially important contracts, as the dead line approachs for the new regulations that has to be imo concerning.

Good result from SOPH today FLX should be seeing similar results with their sales, I would say they will be much higher coming from a lower base level of revenue , with May approaching the importance of that should increase sales when companies have a legal duty to protect information.

ebomber - why so hostile? You're welcome to a bearish view on the share. Although I hold a small stake here I'm a bit sceptical of Tom's forecasts myself - I was just pointing out that nothing more than operating break-even is expected at this stage.

Personally im optimistic for the future of this company, and i dont own a single share.

If i had spare cash i would buy as a gamble.

e- bomber - I think the company guided that it would reach operating break-even by the year just ended
- that's different from making overall profits for the year.

If so they'll have done well and what counts is what the profits will be for the year just started - if Tom W is right with his £1.3m minimum reckoning then the share looks a bargain for a growth play with no debt.

I can understand.
He once owned shares and is emotionally involved in the share / just plain interested in the outcome.

Very easy to understand.

As for the comments perhaps more difficult, - he wants to warn others? He wants to excercise free speech right?

Year end is upon us. I am sure FLX will show us the profit monies as promised!

If not then do not be surprised if this falls further....... contracts or no contracts this is now over valued.

Rocket!! How many times have you said that over the years.
Remember there are now 260,000,000 shares in issue so at 10p that is 26 million.
Still have your 60p target of after the last dilution is it 30p 20p or 10 p.
