yump why would any company with a major new product want to tell their competitors how many people were using it !!!!!! Lets say that they had just 10 then the competitors would be saying "why would you want to spend all that money with a small company with only 10 customers" Think about it yump and all you other non believers !!!

There are a couple of things that it would be very useful to know. FLX clearly have been able to get contracts before, providing cyber services. So did MidGard play an important part of this contract win ?

As for the doubling MidGard clients in the next quarter, they should clarify what the starting point is for that.

Those are not difficult or competitively sensitive things to tell investors.

In fact, they would give credibility to MidGard in the market (not the financial market).

The people behind FLX, particularly RD who appears to have investments all over the place and has 'exited' successfully, are obviously very savvy when it comes to financial markets.

So you have to wonder - why haven't they been crystal clear with this announcement ??
Perhaps its that they are sooooo tech. they don't really major in plain English.
Yes, lets assume that.

That is it for me until the new year, nice of them to do the RNS before the Holidays but everyone has different views of what was released, only time will tell which one is right.

Falanx Group Ltd An especially strong Q4-FY18 say Beaufort SecuritiesFalanx Group Ltd (LON:FLX), the AIM listed global intelligence & cyber security group, has announced a multi-year contract win with a Global 50 financial services firm.Beaufort Securities said that this contract was won amidst stiff competition after completing a simulated 'hacking week' which further validates FLX's product suite. This win improves the firm's trevenue run-rate such that the FLX business should now break-even on an underlying EBITDA basis from March-18.FLX are now looking forward to an especially strong Q4-FY18 from a cash flow perspective, as this new contract win and existing contract subscriptions are received. Net cash should be at least £0.2m at the year-end date, after capex, but the balance may be higher post advance customer payments.

I hope they wait as long as possible before a share issue as if they are correct about breakeven and if the pipleline is converted into actual contracts then the share price maybe higher than today.

Falanx burnt through £1.4 million in the six months to 30 September and it had £1 million left at that date.

I would have thought it would need to raise more cash by the end of next month. It would be risky to wait until the tank is completely empty.

I'm feeling more confident after yesterday's RNS but there still a long way to go.
We need to see some evidence soon that Midgard is going to be successful and repay the large investment that has been made.
I think it is almost certain that the company will need to raise funds early next year but the big question is what price will it get a placing away at?
