06/12/2017 20:14 | Let me get this straight parsnip4, you love FLX and Tom happens to love FLX, so you love Tom too. Wow, sounds cozy. | owenski
06/12/2017 19:34 | Wow so many negative posts and people that hate TW, who I think is great, he is very good at singling out the crooks on AIM, and there are many !!!!.He talks to the people that actually run the companies that we invest in. I for one believe him when he says that FLX will deliver despite a few badly handled RNS's. Only time will tell. For those that are not happy sell up and go !!! | parsons4

06/12/2017 16:37 | revenue vanity profit sanity | larva
06/12/2017 16:22 | I don't think quoting profit is meaningful without mentioning the revenue which is forecast to be £250,000. For anyone that has run a business, profit will mean after paying employees. So whatever else you think of the guy, he did not work to 'just' get £8000. I'd be more concerned about the comment that he's in demand as a public speaker. All the people I've ever met who have built businesses did not do it by spouting. They all got covered in muck, figuratively of course. | yump
06/12/2017 15:34 | You are doing your best to discredit the guy, without any real facts, but I'm prepared to take what he has written at face value. He can clearly talk the talk and I guess we will soon find out if he can walk the walk with Falanx. | sclper
06/12/2017 15:15 | cipher shall i show you another lie? Lets look at Morells company....Auditsec "AuditSec made a £8,641.68 profit in the 7 month period 23 January to 29 August 2017" Thats the RNS dated 11 September OK, I know £8k is not much for seven months sales. So he hasn't seen daylight cos he been so busy earning 8k in 7 months. Haha So they paid a lot for that business But lets go to companies house shall we The accounts show No shareholder funds - where has the profit gone? Retained losses? There is nothing. It was non trading by my reckoning looking at that?? Maybe an accountant can oblige WHOOPSIE!!!! Then there is another entry 10 Oct 2017 Termination of appointment of Richard Morrell as a director on 13 September 2017 View PDF ( Termination of appointment of Richard Morrell as a director on 13 September 2017 - link opens in a new window ) (1 page) Perhaps they should explain | larva
06/12/2017 15:08 | It really is a death spiral. The market is pricing in dilution for the 20 million. But of course, the more it tries to price it in, the worse it gets as any placing will be set at less than the current share price. What a pickle. The only solution is to issue an RNS saying that the 20 million will be via a bank facility or other loan. Issuing confetti is simply not an option any more. And why would a bank not be prepared to loan money on such a dead cert? And if they did, would the bond holders even go for it as the bank presumably would want first dibs should anything go wrong. As always, the view is obscured by fog. We need to know exactly what the company is planning. If it is a placing, then just say so and do it! At least we will know where we are and can make a decision based on some facts. They are not helping anyone by hiding a future placing with obfuscation. Andy | opodio
06/12/2017 15:05 | You are the one spouting nonsense. He has never mentioned the ex-CEO as far as I'm aware so I don't see how you conclude they are mates. | sclper
06/12/2017 13:04 | I am ok with him mentioning that he was involved in something that eventually got PE interest, but 13 years is a long elapsed time, its very questionable whether he had any influence on that outcome at all. In fact the answer is he won't have had any influence at all. The bigger question is why did he leave if he believed in it so much? Is he claiming to be independently wealthy? It looks like it, then on the other hand he suggests his bank manager is concerned about his current account! The other thing to note is that you will find very few CTO's with any doubt about their stuff....He talks about process and approach, this indicates that the quality of what has been being delivered thus far has had issues, so great if he gets a grip on that. So assuming there is something in the underlying product beyond the rest of the me-too cyber consultancies then fixing qualitative and delivery issues is a must. However the implied lag which that brings with sales ......isnt good. Cash call locked in in my book. | paddyfool
06/12/2017 12:48 | Scl agree totally | nw99
06/12/2017 12:45 | I disagree. He set something up that has become a big success and an industry standard, why shouldn't he mention that? He recently left Gartner, a large corporation, to join FLX on half his previous salary and without the benefits in kind. I doubt he would have made the move unless he saw great promise and the potential to make a large capital gain. | sclper
06/12/2017 12:35 | Richard Morell left his previous company in 2003 so if he is bigging the fact that it sold in 2016 to a VC buyer in his blog, it lessens the credibility of everything else he is spouting | larva
06/12/2017 12:34 | they lied see post 3458 | larva
06/12/2017 12:18 | The company's guidance is for profitability by the end of the financial year. Cash burn will therefore greatly reduce or even reverse if the company meets its target | sclper
06/12/2017 12:14 | I wager rights issue soon enough The longer it takes the weaker the business gets The less cash it has the less likely any one will give it business in fear of it going bust Ask yourself one question In the interims why did they not mention the operating loss in the headline Loss attributable to equity holders of the company (£) From (729,760) loss to a loss of (1,011,558) That was for SIX months LOSS The lost one million pounds in six months The only had one million cash at end of September That means six months from end sept which is THE CASH RUNS OUT IN MaRch!!! December now. Christmas soon, nobody signs contracts over crimbo everyone out partying | larva
