26/5/2022 07:56 | What miserable presentation of results. And quoting EBITDA is just ridiculous IMO. Look at the cash flow statement first IMO. One to avoid at the current rating? | eezymunny
26/5/2022 07:28 | Excellent results as expected and a nice forecast upgrade from Cenkos; We have revised our FY22E revenue forecasts from £29.2m to £31.8m (9% increase) and FY23E from £36.6m to £38.4m (5% increase). These revisions are driven by higher trailer utilisation rates given the demand ADF are seeing, as well as higher price growth in FY23E due to the inflationary environment. Similarly, we have raised our Adj PAT forecasts in FY22E from £3m to £3.5m (17% increase) and in FY23E from £3.8m to £4.5m (17% increase). There is further potential upside given we have not forecast the deployment of the FY22E c£16m cash held on the balance sheet. The company have a number of acquisition targets for this cash to be invested. | 74tom
26/5/2022 07:21 | Firing on all cylinders. Strong results and outlook. | aishah
23/5/2022 13:48 | As indicated in my earlier post, moves on modest volume - starting to gather momentum in advance of the results this week. | yasx
23/5/2022 13:43 | The Market makers were trying to keep a lid on things here all morning with any buy order for >1k shares resulting in NT. They've budged slightly now but it's still incredibly hard to buy volume - I bid over the ask a couple of times and still got rejected which is fairly unusual. I suspect the fact ADF has already received glowing reviews from SCSW & Naked Trader will mean quite a few will be trying to re-enter or top up before Thursday's results, interesting to see where we close on Wednesday... | 74tom
18/5/2022 10:13 | One can expect the outlook to continue to be favourable given only a couple of months ago they stated strong visibility of orders into next year. Reaffirming this will likely catapult the shares back to recent highs. Thinly traded so won't take much volume to get there on any upbeat statement. | yasx
18/5/2022 09:55 | Thank you guys | gswredland
18/5/2022 09:43 | Hit 89p first thing before profit taking took it back down, then held the low 80's for a while. | 74tom
18/5/2022 09:32 | It hit the mid to late 80's intra-day from memory. | yasx
18/5/2022 09:25 | Do you mean 79 74Tom? Or did it reach 89 on an intra day high? Was just looking at the chart on this site. | gswredland
18/5/2022 09:13 | "Facilities by ADF, the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, today announces a trading update for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("FY21"). The Board is pleased to confirm that following a strong close to 2021, and subject to audit, it currently expects the Group to report FY21 revenues of c.£27.8 million and adjusted EBITDA* of not less than c.£7.5 million, ahead of current market expectations. Market dynamics continue to be strong with continued robust demand for film and high-end television the UK. This is further supported by unprecedented levels of investment in UK studio space and content, which bodes well for the Company's growth ambitions. The Company raised £15m of gross proceeds on admission to trading on AIM and has already started to invest by expanding orders for additional vehicles and trailers to meet demand. Further, management is actively reviewing initial acquisition opportunities in line with the Group's strategy detailed at Admission. The Group continues to have strong order visibility for this financial year as well as a growing order book for 2023." | 74tom
18/5/2022 08:41 | Yes, and worth reminding anyone looking in that the shares hit 89p when the ahead trading update was released on 11th Feb. Then profit taking, war & general market sentiment has knocked the price back some 30%. No reason for this haircut in my opinion. | 74tom
18/5/2022 07:09 | Confirmation that the "ahead of current market expectations" full year results will be Thursday 26th May: | rivaldo
17/5/2022 09:16 | gs, The results should: a) reaffirm previous numbers and, more importantly, b) provide an update on outlook going forward. | yasx
16/5/2022 16:56 | Probably unlikely that things have changed significantly since Cenkos announced that in February | gswredland
16/5/2022 10:53 | Re results - we should have something by no later than June. | yasx
11/5/2022 11:49 | Cenkos in February.. "ADF have already guided towards exceeding expectations for FY21E. Following a strong end to the year, ADF now expect revenue to come in at c£27.8m (10% ahead of our £25.2m forecast) and adjusted EBITDA at £7.5m (17% ahead of our £6.4m forecast). ADF find themselves in a truly unique part of the market where they are at the epicentre of the battle for content between mega-cap streaming companies, and we see that clearly today with the demand for their services continuing to grow rapidly. In our view, the previously released scenario analysis becomes increasingly relevant and we believe a fair value range for the share price is 85p-106p." | someuwin
11/5/2022 10:13 | Limit order executed below 60p yesterday. When there's blood on the streets... | aishah
11/5/2022 09:16 | Moving up now | someuwin
11/5/2022 07:54 | The "ahead of current market expectations" trading update didn't mention a date, so there's no particular reason to have expected the formal results yet. Particularly as (1) this is the first year of reporting post-IPO and (2) many audit firms are experiencing difficulties re Covid in resourcing and finalising audits so lots of PLCs are reporting delays. | rivaldo
11/5/2022 06:09 | ADF should have reported by now? Any ideas on when they will report LY results fully? | 786spider
