Trading Update

The Board is pleased to confirm that following a strong close to 2021, and subject to audit, it currently expects the Group to report FY21 revenues of c.GBP27.8 million and adjusted EBITDA* of not less than c.£7.5 million, ahead of current market expectations. Market dynamics continue to be strong with continued robust demand for film and high-end television the UK. This is further supported by unprecedented levels of investment in UK studio space and content, which bodes well for the Company's growth ambitions.

The Company raised £15m of gross proceeds on admission to trading on AIM and has already started to invest by expanding orders for additional vehicles and trailers to meet demand. Further, management is actively reviewing initial acquisition opportunities in line with the Group's strategy detailed at Admission. The Group continues to have strong order visibility for this financial year as well as a growing order book for 2023.

I’m still yet to go a night working/driving around London over the last couple of weeks without seeing any facilities vehicles moving around or parked up on site,noticed 2 in Archway last night and another 2 coming out the Blackwall tunnel the night before,they are definitely very busy at the moment,as I wouldn’t be seeing them as often as this,as I can go weeks or even months without seeing fellow cab drivers that I know even though we are driving in the same city,these are like real-time trading updates,all the best.

74tom, I hope you don't mind me pointing out an error in your thread header post. You're calculating EPS based on PBT, which is incorrect - you should be deducting tax of say 20%-25% to calculate PAT and thus EPS.

Kiarandoberman, the SCSW writer "suspects" it's On-Set, plus a second acquisition is "being considered". I've shared this since it's a few days post-publication and nobilis has already spilled the beans, but generally I believe SCSW tips/comments shouldn't be shared until the next issue has been published. This protects subscribers who haven't yet had a chance to buy in. Just my opinion anyway, and let's not debate this as it'll just go round in circles as it always does!

Very healthy volumes again, with another 352,000 shares traded already today - I suspect the seller is now nearly or completely out given the consistent daily price rises.

Suspect it won't be far off that price post results, there aren't even any forecasts in the market at present so it's still very much under the radar. We're seeing a familiar pattern this morning with an early rise & low liquidity flipped by a chunky sell from someone, this will bring the price under control for a period of time before buying pressure takes over again.

Ha, that was particularly well timed but it had been brewing - it feels as though today's volume has cleared out the last dregs from the IPO sellers. The other very positive point to make is that the higher the share price re-rates the easier & more likely near term M&A becomes...

Midas tips said the following on 29th Jan;

“The company is set to provide a trading update for 2021 early next month, and followers expect full year sales approaching £30million”

So imminently based on that?

Not set yet when I spoke with them recently,but end of this month or early March.
