Is the 62% increase in line with market expectations? They were a little woolly with Feels low in terms of my expectations. From jan...... Post-pandemic, the Group expects ENGAGE revenue to continue to grow strongly, with many Fortune 500 companies keeping hybrid work practices to help with staff retention, and to reduce costs and carbon use. This is the ideal target area for ENGAGE, and a long-term focus for the Group as it continues to progress towards its medium-term financial objectives for 2023 - 2025.

Will it really become something that universities can't afford not to do? Seems that US is leading the way with one European uni launching their metaversity in August. Wonder which country-Germany?

The part where it mentions that VictoryXR hope to expand the business so that every school in world will have a metaversity in the next five to seven years is 'interesting'.

Classic BBC. HSBC are referenced in the article and were posting on Linkedin only 2 weeks ago about demonstrating VR to their exec team using ENGAGE. There isn't a chance in hell that the BBC would mention it though!

I Know less than nothing about metaverse et al, but the comment on 204 is the reason I've built up a reasonable holding in EXR, plus ever increasing REAL social isolation brought about by technology !

The obvious upside to all these 'wonderful developments' always contains a hidden downside that doesn't become obvious until much later on.

We'll see.

I imagine declining economic conditions to give further impetus to the adoption of Engage/Engage Link as a solution for businesses to reduce costs and mitigate margin pressure. Couple that with expectations from employees to work remotely for better work-life balance.

Classic AIM market makers this morning; a rush of buying came in just after 9, they made it NT to buy anything for around 30 mins as they must have been scrambling around for some stock. Peel then drop the bid / ask and hey presto, you get a few sellers and the price is walked back down. Why was it NT for 30 minutes? It's almost as if it's illegal for a share price to rise at present...
