18/2/2022 13:12 | Excellent entry | blackhorse23
18/2/2022 12:38 | gaffer73 The $300m equates to 20c and is the minimum which is the same as the pre split minimum. There has to be an overall reduction post split as the fcf will decline without RASP. | scrwal
18/2/2022 12:36 | 100% of free cashflow if ebidta is 1x or 50% if 2x minimum of $300m for divi at the half year 2021 $836 m free cash flow unsure what the coal assets contribution was. We will know next Friday. | wskill

18/2/2022 11:24 | abro transferring stake to himself isnt v tax efficent. but it makes it much harder to sanction. says a lot about what putin is likely to do as abro is one of those that stays out of russian politics as is likely to have been given advanced warning. olympics end on sunday. so the following days will be critical. | roguetraderuk
18/2/2022 11:21 | They have said $300m post split. | gaffer73

17/2/2022 20:56 | Lewis, correct IG don't trade on Moex. Therefore, once terms are understood, IG will communicate to holders on the sale if RASP shares. | atticusfinch1
17/2/2022 20:50 | If he chances his arm in Ukraine this will be at 200 in the blink of an eye. | pander45
17/2/2022 18:04 | casket1 Yep that's correct , plus any dividends received. When everything has been sold the pot is divvied out per holdings held. I don't know the exact mandate of the Share Sale Facility in so far as what their intentions are. Do they just sell a fixed amount daily regardless of price or can they exercise any discretion? If they do have discretion then a falling price would result in a longer selling period which delays the date when people get their money. | scrwal
17/2/2022 17:25 | Anybody trade with IG? When searching on there you can't even find RASP. So I'm assuming that means I won't be getting the shares and will have to wait for the cash IN November? | lewiscmoore
17/2/2022 17:25 | Garycook, to someone hopefully in the know......... When the record date of the demerger was reached on the 15th Feb all investors will have effectively received .425547788 shares in RASP. These shares were to be sold at a date & price to be determined through the Share Sale Facility, if they could not be held My question is, if there were say 100,000 RASP shares that required selling as a result of the demerger (and were not going to be held) would these be slowly drip feed into the market and then the combined sale say $400,000 be then split between the total shares sold and then allocated to the respective investors based on the amount they would have received under their entitlement Do you think this a fair assumption or have a missed a fixed price for the sale of the RASP shares | casket1
17/2/2022 17:01 | Putin will be playing this game for months. By doing so the price of oil is maintained high and climbing in price. That's my take on it..Russia benefits hugely by high oil prices and he gets to play NATO in the bargain. | dovey21
17/2/2022 15:55 | Russian institutions are buying this stocks ? opportunity ?? stock markets?? buying | blackhorse23
