15/11/2017 11:04 | Was considerably up now back to break even, hold my nerve? Had so many disasters recently, I'm worried | rlivsey
15/11/2017 10:45 | Hopefully support will hold. Could go south if support is broken | rlivsey
15/11/2017 09:46 | Pottermagic. You are of course entitled to your opinion. But you clearly have a short position in EVR otherwise why waste your time posting a string of negative messages? Maybe you'd be better spending that time looking at other investments and leave us alone... | bobby1904
15/11/2017 08:42 | Concerning EV - they don't produce anything, don't support anything and all plans to do so have failed for approx. 2 years !!! Oooops | pottermagic2310
13/11/2017 20:49 | Concerning NextVR. They do not support Occulus Rift and have no plans to. Not a sensible plan if you want to compete in this space if you ask me. Just a thought | maxdba85
13/11/2017 13:49 | I'm watching people watching the new discoveries in the pyramids by vr. Amazing. And Isis aren't going to get me in my living room! | dosser2
13/11/2017 13:13 | If I got a front row seat for Bruce Springsteen or the Rolling Stones in my living room in the 3D immersive technology I would not care if it was 2 years old or at that moment. If I wanted to watch the Script or Van the man play an intimate performance I would spend a tenner for the privilege and not have to travel to London to do so. This isn't TV it's VR and it is the future:) | ch1rp
13/11/2017 11:10 | HJ - I think there is some credence to what JK has to say... infact the facts he exposes are 100% correct, however unpalatable they may be. For instance, any Content already produced is actually relatively old news now that the Event(s) themselves have been & gone. Production of such Content and trialling it with the "App" and current Headsets may well be useful in terms of Product development BUT from a Consumer perspective is anybody really going to be at all interested in watching months old footage of a top Performer... when they've most likely already used YouTube for a less immersive but "of the moment" experience ? The quality of the Content and the "App" really do need to be spectacular now that EV is so late to the game, in comparison to other Businesses already operating in this Sector. What is it ? When is it coming ? How will it be revealed ? Who might be engaged at the big reveal in order to give IT some much needed pizzazz | pottermagic2310
13/11/2017 08:51 | Price may fluctuate but all the smart money will be invested here. It takes time to build an amazing company like Melody VR who are priming themselves for what we all know, in time will be a market worth billions to the companies with the right content who are in at the beginning. Meanwhile they are extra busy preparing their library of quality content that no one else has. Content that will blow everyone's mind when the exposure finally happens ( ie the advent of quality headsets). Bring it on:) | ch1rp
10/11/2017 16:48 | Many years ago when I was a young and green apprentice I was sent to the stores for the "Long Weight". Seems to me that I have been sent there again !! | maxdba85
10/11/2017 15:32 | Looks like more big buying:) | ch1rp
10/11/2017 08:08 | I am interested in your thoughts Kreature not just on this share - where else do you post? | trumpingtonsmythe
09/11/2017 22:39 | I guess the app must have launched by now? Any sales ? | kreature
08/11/2017 16:56 | Hmmm same herd arriving together spouting the same stuff....bored. | trumpingtonsmythe
08/11/2017 14:53 | Interesting re Apple putting their weight into AR and wanting to release headset for 2019, no mention of VR and likely they won’t release VR set. How does that effect EVRH? Can it adapt for the scenario that AR is the next BIG thing and VR is not? hxxps://www.theverge | richardc77
08/11/2017 11:40 | That little drop brought the buyers back out. DC | daicaprice
08/11/2017 10:35 | This is B@ll$h!t... as others rightly point out... Consumer services are already readily available. Mel-VR are simply attending Events and using high-tech equipment to capture those Events, then manipulating the digital data for high(er) production quality Content. The elusive "App" is a red-herring, the agreements with big Business's are more about permission and associated Costs for them to publish what they produce - legal protection and paying up for the benefit of the Artists and Businesses managing those Artists - a necessary dis-benefit to EV that enables publishing their Content. | pottermagic2310
08/11/2017 09:06 | Once the technology (headsets) catch up it's boom time for those companies prepared to wait out the excitement and frustrations just now:) | ch1rp
08/11/2017 08:56 | Concerning, non game use of VR. if you want to see VR videos (streaming and download) just search for VR porn. I have conducted some simple, but not extensive research (that is for others) and find that VR apps, VR videos VR content etc etc is all out there, and working. It would seem to me that these businesses have demonstrated that there is no technical barrier remaining for VR services. I have no idea if the VR side of these businesses generates more, or less money than their traditionally formatted content. Perhaps someone with some "extensive research" could comment. | maxdba85
07/11/2017 08:09 | As Rubin alludes to, non-games could very well become a large chunk of Oculus' business in the future. Right now, Oculus is a games-first company, but clearly social platform software and enterprise software for various industries is gaining in importance. And with the new VR interface for Oculus (called Dash) that allows you to control all your programs within VR, thereby eliminating the PC monitor, it's conceivable that Oculus could become more like Microsoft - gaming would be just a slice of the corporation."Games were a big part of the launch of the [Apple] App Store because it was a low hanging fruit and it was obvious. But, in the long run, there is no question that, when we reach a billion people [in VR], games will be A use case, not THE use case," Rubin says. "Social will be a massive use case...So will applications and utilities, because we all have things to achieve in our life. Seems to me, since I've been alive, every year we get more things we need to achieve in our life. So if we find a technology that makes some of those things easier, faster, or more efficient, we will adopt it. And that is exactly what drove mobile phone usage. It's in your pocket. Look at how much easier I can do x, y, or z, and you immediately start doing it. By definition, as a computer platform, we will do all of those things. But we will start with entertainment and move towards them. By the way, we announced our enterprise partner program, so we are already taking steps to broaden." | ch1rp
05/11/2017 20:02 | Is there a lack of urgency to generate traditional style revenues here? Perhaps there's no need ? | kreature
03/11/2017 16:52 | Expect that's Jaknife closing his short. | igbertsponk
03/11/2017 15:17 | Yup, seen it at MTFB. Who wants 10 shares at 9.5p? 10 000 I could understand:)) | ch1rp |
