Understand that EVRH Interim results are due tomorrow which means that the Company should hopefully update the market on its outlook for the full year and roll-out plans for VR, Mobile, 5G, any plans to move to a Subscription Model as well as other upcoming PayPerView events, also chance to update on progress and timing of launch Theatre/Musicals with John Gore Organisation. Maybe even metrics on Users (DAUs or MAUs), including Engagement Times, Advertising Revenues, plans for Licensing & Merchandising, updates on Strategic partnerships, including possibility of Universal, Sony or Warner exercising their EVRH Warrants and update on potential of a dual or standalone listing on NASDAQ in 2020 to help provide a material re-rating of the stock.

dlewis1 please read my post, I did not say management were selling I said IMHO management are not trusted that is why there is regular selling. In any case the market would be informed of management selling. I am in the right place thankyou very much.

Where you appear from? What RNS has management sold after. Give me a date. The only sale from management was to an institution who wanted a big bite and instead of diluting the shares management made a direct sale to the institution. So come on and bring the date of the RNS and advise on the number of shares that was sold. If you have a different agenda to investing then you are in the wrong place.

horneblower I agree. The only problem here is that after every bit of good news a seller appears. It can't be profit-taking because the shares have been doing nothing. To most of us on here the company is set to be in the big time, being the leaders in VR in terms of huge gatherings, concerts, festivals and theatre to name a few. The company seems to be doing the right things also. But management are not yet trusted and quite weighty selling after an RNS seems to be the norm.
