Well said Chirp. It just enables millions more people round the world to virtually go to live events. Its a winner for everybody, that's why it is such a good story !!!

Well since your asking...the 2 experiences attract different audiences. Even though both have gone to a live concert ( and apparently a concert in VR will be remembered as an almost live experience). Therefore Melody will complement the concert, not take away from people who wish to experience the real event.

The deals are struck. Do some research. Read the last 12 months of RNS announcements.

the whole idea is that you will never sell out and continue to receive revenues even after the concerts - concert goers will continue to go and those who can't make it can watch live or download and watch later - or both go to concert and relive the experience -

JGO deal is all about reaching audiences for sold out shows or those that can't make it

(As my name suggests)... however imo this is a festival first opportunity for two reasons. 1) as the deals to be struck with solo artists /labels will no doubt cost EVRH heavily. 2) Yes Coldplay can charge 100 for a ticket and sell out a full tour. But if people can watch it on their own devices what does this mean for the demand for live performance tickets? Reduced demand = reduced revenue, and so caution from labels. Hard to call on both sides, no?

Could take some time as Big Money are obvs accumulating.Red5 methinks you should take your profit and go. This share is a fabulous buy, but there is no knowing how long it will take to build the demand. FB are working on the Social media scaling up of their VR platform, Melody will begin a programme of live concerts at some point. Probably a good idea if you dyor and if you're too impatient, get out.I like many lths am staying PUT for the fireworks:)))

I reckon that, like sports events on TV, the VR version of pop concerts will be far superior to the actual live experience.
I assume you will be able to swoop around the arena or stand right at the front. Also, the sound is likely to be far superior, being able to get true stereo rather than the unbalanced ear-blasting that you get at the fixed location in the audience you happen to have been shoved into.
It's a reason for getting VR and will boost the industry hugely.
Loads of money to be made.

People pay ridiculous amounts of money to see live concerts. I went to see Coldplay a few years ago at Wembley, the ticket cost me £100 and I was in the Gods. There must be hundreds of thousands of people round the world that would pay say £25 to see the VR version on their own device. I do believe this is the next HUGE tech. This is why I am now heavily invested here.

I know nothing...however, my feeling is that entertainment VR will suddenly take off, probably favouring the likes of EVRH. I'd pay to be at a Rolling Stones concert (in VR) but I'd never go to the real thing. In the future, VR concerts are going to be mega imo.

However, I reckon the possibilities for "scientific-style" VR like medical applications are likely to be far down the road.

Just my opinion.

Good RNS today at fundamentalVR. I've invested here in EVRH for quite a while and it's good to see things coming alive and I can is as being a great entertain option. I see fundamentalVR in a different league given the cost of existing practices and the savings to be made in the health industry globally, as well as using technology well. The entertainment business is potentially huge and a choice for a different reason, but the other has more potential from its appeal on several levels.

If into VR ... and agree that EVRH very well positioned ... worth having a look at Tern plc TERN ... one of main two investee companies is fundamentalVR which is possibly the world leader in medical VR for surgeon training and in the future insurance related data.

All the big names in music have signed up with EVRH. I guess Gore joining the show is a recognition that VR doesn't only bring you #closertothemusic but to potentially all sorts of live entertainment. Certainly deals have been made with entertainment companies all the way up to 16p, so they all have seen the technology work and believe in the future of MelodyVR:)))
