YES! so much news to come. Broadway/West End J Gore deal alone is massive. Imagine global PR when first show is streamed! + impact of mobile app & more live festivals, etc, etc. Merian 13m shares still to be bought back too. It goes on & on!!

Yes but I think he is thinking of the future!

If he thinks this is a great investment, pennies won't count at the end of the day.
These people have years of experience,advisors and very deep pockets!!

If you check out the date he bought the shares on the open market you will see that the price was 9p then. He paid his money and took the risk of the share price subsequently going down (and it did), just like the rest of us.

Taking your request at face value, and assuming you are referring to the two RNS issued this morning:

the first one is an RNS requirement to publish such events, but the tiny size of the figures is irrelevant to other shareholders.

the second one is confirming that John Gore recently bought a further 4m shares in the open market at around 9p each, suggesting his continuing and growing support for/belief in EVRH. He now holds over 8% of the company and has a considerably-sized option in December for more shares, albeit at around 15/16p each.
