Lol lol lol.If you sell half hoping to buy back after the news of failure you mention, then that would be ridiculous to even buy back in as the failure would make it a poor choice to re-enter anyway.You really aren't too clever are you.Oh hold on, you want the price lower to buy in as you think the results are going to be good.Silly boy.

Dear oh dear!That is one of the most stupid posts I have ever read! You could make the opposite argument that they want the shares available to sell when the results come out and are good. Anyway no-one will know the SAH results yet and the breast cancer trial is almost certain to be positive because we had the interim report. Plus it is a relatively small amount of shares so is presumably relatively junior employees.

Why would you exercise options just before the results, surely you would keep them for a free ride on the results. They must know something we don’t, really big clue that the results will be bad I think :(

I thought the pre-clinical news was interesting, in particular the work that Kings is doing on Stroke and the read across to the company's SAS trial.

"Whilst still ongoing, the study has shown that preconditioning with SFX-01 (i.e. three days dosing prior to stroke) improves the blood flow to the site of the stroke and this results in improved measures of functional and motor deficit. Notably, both pre-treatment and acute treatment with SFX-01 after ischaemic stroke rescued blood flow on reperfusion, suggesting that SFX-01 is protective if given before a stroke. This is promising with regard to our SAS clinical trial, where SFX-01 is administered days in advance of the ischaemia that follows the initial haemorrhage."

The delay is disappointing but given the current rate of recruitment I would guess we are looking at mid Jan 2019 to complete recruitment and a readout in April 2019.

For the level of work theyre doing, the people (quantity and positions) they likely employ, buildings, facilities, corporate costs, everything in, the cash burn is actually quite good, In my opinion.

IMM made a similar announcement last week about Northland and nomad status. The latter must be relinquishing all their nomad jobs after merger with share price Angel.

Maybe it creates a bit of an overhang, as Northland may have received some of their remuneration in shares or warrants?

They were obliged to produce the RNS. It just put their head above water. In these jittery times anything that comes from a company which doesn't say "Firm buyout offer for 10000% of current SP" will be jumped on.

I fail to understand why it might be difficult for these companies to find another Nomad. I would have thought various institutions would be queuing up to get paid for doing sweet FA!

Seriously though this is a non announcement. They will find a new Nomad no problem.

I don't think the announcement had any effect as it is a simple announcement regarding a merger meaning they have to appoint a different Nomad - pretty standard stuff My money is on general market jitters re stability of government
