Surprised that we haven't had more disclosures so far, maybe next week as they continue to mop up the saps that are prepared to sell their shares at 8p and below...Hello!!! ;-)))

Yep, just got wait for the 8p placing shares to settle in firm hands and away we'll go imho.....plenty of potential positive newsflow from Huw in the coming days and weeks to drive the share price North. Gl ;-)

Once the overhang is cleared it should edge up slowly but one to sit on until there is more positive news imo.

Well the placing was 'heavily over-subscribed', plus the excess scale-backs, so there should be plenty of willing buyers at or below 8p. The question I have is - who is selling them the shares?

A decent buyer in the mix today - I guess it maybe someone that never got offered all they wanted and have been lucky being able to pick more up at around the same price.

Directors will make up any excuse For me this would be an outstanding buy if directors bought Raising 3 x what they initially wanted makes me think they aren't confident and may need that money plus no director buying I'm long and looking for 10 to 12p which should come

Maybe if you offer the directors a low interest long term unsecured loan nico115, then they might buy a lot of stock as the directors may themselves be cash strapped.

So many are fully invested anyway and in times of uncertainty they may just want to keep cash reserves.

Octopus, the UK's most powerful VC fund bought 21m plus shares...they're obviously very bullish on Evgen's prospects and potential, multiple shots on multiple targets with enough cash until mid 2023...more disclosures expected and potential game changing news expected as early as next month on SFX-01's interim efficacy data for Covid/Ards, positive data could see the share price multibag...Watch this Space!!! Gla :-)

But you have been very wrong here If prospects were THAT good we would have seen some director buying like we did in STX That for me is a very bad sign No skin in the game from directors No wonder we are now below the very highly discounted placing price No wonder Griffiths is selling Not much downside here but if directors really believed in our prospects they would have bought some shares Shame on them

the RG holdings RNS from the 5th... is the figure that he reduced from, 8.92%, relative to the old share capital, 137.4m, or the new share capital of 274.9m, as the share capital increased on the day of RG crossing thresholds?
