Exactly right Bumpa, I was watching Channel 4 news earlier and they've confirmed that tests are already underway to test this new variant against the vaccines coming on stream and thankfully so far, they don't think the new variant is anymore harmful than the existing virus.

In the meantime, I really can't think of many other places to be invested commensurate to market caps and potential upside value.....multiple news flow very likely on multiple targets and any positive indications reported from the Covid-19 patients trials, then Evgen's market cap will be propelled from this ridiculously low £14m to potentially £100's of millions....Exciting times....Good Luck and stay safe. :-)

Pretty alarming development over the weekend with this new variant, Tier 4 restrictions etc - will have to see whether this new strain will impair the effectiveness of the current vaccines, not to mention how it varies from what we’re already dealing with in health terms?

Indeed the need for effective treatments continues to be paramount.


I have a feeling we could see a flow of money returning to this space, the euphoria from the various vaccine announcements subsiding.

Tier 4, a new variant rampant in London and the South East with a rapid intense rise in hospital admissions...the recruitment and assessment of the first 100 patients administered SFX-01 must be very close imho....the urgency of finding treatments to treat and alleviate the severe respiratory effects of Covid-19 has just gone up a notch...Gla holders...let's hope SFX-01 will have a part to play. ;-)

Most certainly, and I reckon there's been a few waves that have bought in and then sold out at a loss, and then bought in again and then sold out at a loss, and then......who all run the risk of missing out if they don't buy in again...Gl :-)

Good call on the ARDS early unblinding Money. No doubt we’ll get news on a 100 patients next month and feedback on the results shortly after. I’m looking forward most to an RNS on the solid tumour patents and separately blood cancer developments.

Could be peanut, and true they don’t usually have a stance here - but KBC play it pretty straight - unlike some others I could mention - so I’d suspect they just have a buyer into them.

Bidding up for stock the last few days and don't normally play in them so I think they thought they could buy them back lower down but solid buyer in auctions took out any selling pressure and we are where we are now with retail buying helping the price killing their short, I hope!

Seriously though, there’s too much here for the valuation we find ourselves with. Yes Pharma and biotech is a risky sector but I maintain we’re priced for all the risk and none of the reward.

It certainly is Bumpa, encouraging data from the Covid trial should see us fly, in the meantime sub 10p looks like history and a re-rate or two is long overdue....On and UP!!! ;-)

SNG's market cap back to £295m and rising on Covid alone......EVG's market cap is £13m on multiple disease targets.......any positive data from the first 100 patients administered SFX-01 for Ards/pneumonia in the Covid patient trial should see the gap in value close substantially with any luck, as well as other news that could drop at anytime on the rest of the pipeline that could also add significant value ....Gla ;-)

TRANSFORMATIONAL, GAME CHANGING NEWS COULD BE VERY CLOSE!!!


EARLY REPORTING FROM SFX-01's COVID-19 PATIENT TRIALS, just as soon as the first 100 patients are recruited and assessed.....it only took 17 days for SFX-01's lead investigator to recuit the first 100 patients to his Stop Covid trial, and so news on SFX-01's trial could be very close. Gla ;-)

9 patients administered so far with full results expected Q4 2021, although unblinded data will be reviewed after 100 patients!!! Gla ;-)


Up to the 7th of December nine patients had been recruited and depending on availability of COVID-19 patients and other patients with ARDS, data could be available in the final quarter of 2021. In addition, a Data Safety and Monitoring Board will review unblinded data after 100 patients have been treated with SFX-01 or placebo.
