08/10/2009 13:49 | Not much to go on but I'm aiming for C$12 (~£7) | gdennett
08/10/2009 13:40 | nice and quiet here, good sign i think. does anyone have a target price once production imminent? i was in and out last year and happily back in again last month. | penguin33
08/10/2009 09:19 | I like the Canadians more and more each day | ukgeorge
07/10/2009 20:53 | £3.70 equivalent in Canada. They must know a good opportunity when they see one. | jasper2712
06/10/2009 23:11 | Close in Canada $6.03 up $1 that should come in around 357p. Nice quiete thread as I have said before seems to be under the radar of many on ADVFN thank goodness. My average price is 198p with a truck load in my SIPP. Todays news very significant IMOP I was tempted to buy a few more when it barely moved in London this am, it took Canada to show how significant. Tin pot AIM shown up yet again. | kickstart
06/10/2009 20:11 | what a great chart | ukgeorge
06/10/2009 15:41 | quiet nod in the direction of the pavilion and then heads down to grind out the next move higher | willyworm2

06/10/2009 07:15 | Another piece of the jigsaw has been put in place... RNS Number : 2752A European Goldfields Ltd 06 October 2009 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STUDY BY GREEK STATE | gdennett
05/10/2009 20:49 | quite a rise, in canada looks as though it will be heading to the old highs in a short time, and no real reason to expect differnt with gold holding $1k and getting better fundamentals by the day. what an allmighty f up, end of the £ and maybe the $. | ukgeorge
05/10/2009 18:44 | gone through the $5 in Canada. Looking good | jasper2712
01/10/2009 08:49 | Well done UKGeorge. I wish I was doing as well as you - I'm only just back to breakeven on these having bought in at £2.80. I nearly ditched them on the way down in 2008, but am now pleased that I hung on. Will continue to hold for a while yet, though I expect a pull back at some point. It's come a long way in the last couple of months. | lizafl
01/10/2009 08:30 | im + 70% on these in two months. (: sadly i haven't got that many but still very nice. should really take some profits but still think there is upside and with gold price making a new floor around $1000, the danger IMO is not being in gold miners rather than being in them. | ukgeorge
29/9/2009 20:09 | Still going up in Canada now at £2.80. Still looks cheap considering where they mine and their resources. I have to give Timis his due he knows where the money is. | jasper2712
29/9/2009 08:02 | European Goldfields Ltd EGU.TO 4.82 CAD +0.27 +5.93% wonder how long this new trend line will hold up, many of the canadian miners had a huge up run over the last few months so a bit of catching up is nice to see. Cey and Lsg are good examples. Looks to be heading back to £3+ | ukgeorge
28/9/2009 23:14 | aau due some news as well. | denarii
28/9/2009 23:13 | Another good day in Canada closing at $4.76 so they should be in the 270-275p range in the morning. Of course we are also being helped by the strength of the Canadian $. Interesting that there is hardly anyone on this thread , the share seems off most peoples radar unlike CEY,MML and CLF - Suits me ! | kickstart
25/9/2009 16:12 | European Goldfields Ltd EGU.TO 4.57 CAD +0.08 +1.78% 4.57 CAD = 2.63214 GBP not bad seeing as gold has dropped below 1k | ukgeorge
24/9/2009 01:05 | They closed at $4.75 in Canada on good volume over 1mln traded which works out at £2.70. | kickstart
23/9/2009 20:19 | Maxim99 I like the sound of your figures. £2.66p in Canada so should show an improvement soon but a bit to go for the £5. I will settle for £3 | jasper2712
19/9/2009 14:15 | Stiil going to plan. Romania permit in the next 4 - 6 weeks. That should be worth 60 - 80p. Then we will get the PEIS for both the greek mines. £5 by Christmas. As soon as all the permits are all out it will become a prime bid candidate and then we can £7 - £10. Global Gold mines are running out of reserves. Why develop Africa when you can have 10m oz of gold in the EU?You wouldnt right. Look at the chart, and the volume post the roadshows to investors the market can see the story is unfolding. Canada traded 3m shares in one day which it has not done since Mar 2007. This is the upside!Downside is supported by $187m of cash. | maxim1999
19/9/2009 00:16 | Not before time and hopefully more to come as others realise the potential in this underperformer. This should be trading at least £3 and the Canadian market is startng to pick this up | jasper2712 |
