European Metals Holdings confirms that it received on 15 January 2019 a letter from Krupa Global Investments (KGI) purporting to make an indicative offer on behalf of the Ceske Litihium company (a member of the KGI Group) to "purchase the lithium mining and processing project at Cinovec.

The Czech company České Lithium, which forms a part of the investment company Krupa Global Investments of Pavol Krúpa, calls on the Czech Government to form a joint venture or another form of cooperation between the public and private sectors for lithium mining and processing at Cínovec. The offer of partnership in this project, which is in line with the concept of the European Battery Alliance, was delivered by České Lithium in their letter from 20th August 2018 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of the Environment, DIAMO State Enterprise and the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.

Emhaigh,I think you need to learn to read the RNS'So Co did indeed cash for prep of FS.£1 million will not last long ... DFS is at least another 12-18 months away to be released.The good news the Co has only 146m shares in issue , which is quite low when comparing other resource stocks , particularly at this stage of the cycle.Partner or off take interest news is the one to keep an eye an eye on.I read the IRR is currently stated as 21% which is not great as this can come in lower in DFSMuch depends on lithium prices too, which are not forecast to be great in a couple of years as supply will be plenty

Keith is very reluctant to dilute shareholders hence a minimal amount especially considering the expected news flow over the coming months
