18/9/2018 14:50 | NetworkNewsWire Editorial Coverage: New manufacturers are joining the race to design electric vehicles, accelerating a revolution in the car market that could result in strong lithium demand as a battery ingredient. Standard Lithium (TSX.V: SLL) (OTC: STLHF) (STLHF Profile) is one of several companies that are innovating to meet this demand scenario by developing new technology that could unlock a major supply source untapped in Arkansas. Major producers Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile (NYSE: SQM) and Albemarle Corp. (NYSE: ALB) have already got permission by the Chilean government to carry out major expansions in the Atacama Desert to expand supply for the EV market. MGX Minerals, Inc. (CSE: XMG)(OTC: MGXMF) is working to develop a means to separate minerals from oilfield waste in order to meet surging demand from EV manufacturers such as Tesla, Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA). | bountyhunter

31/7/2018 15:27 | Hi lux. "That seems to be what has happened with Cinovec," Interesting post. Do you have supporting evidence for the above statement or is it an assumption as to what might happen? Thanks. | emhaigh1
27/7/2018 16:30 | Yeah, to be fair the Czech's just looked at the drama over in South America with the government having regular brinksmanship arguments in the press with the lithium producers. After much ranting, raving and irresponsible press statements, the govt allowed them to massively expand and just took a 5-10% lithium royalty tax. That seems to be what has happened with Cinovec, I assume Diamo might be farmed in to a phase 2/3 development. Perhaps a dedicated lithium/tin mine? Frankly they could 3-4 mines in the area once the first mine is operational and de-risked. Potential operation the size of SQM in the 10-15 year timeframe, SQM market cap is crazy (tens of billions). | luxaeterna1

06/7/2018 00:01 | I eat my own words , clearly somethings going on this is just like the last time but with very slightly smaller volumes best get back in | djfrankie2
05/7/2018 11:36 | The Czechs have addressed the issue of mining fees.Previously, the amount levied was very small,a few %,now the Government can levy up to 10% and can keep a close eye on things with annual revisions if required. It all makes sense.Diamo will be the Governments vehicle in the field of mining going forward but will not interfere with EMH and the Cinovec development retrospectively .(It could be invited to have a position of vigilance I guess which might oil the wheels).Anyway,I didn’t expect this price to recover so strongly. There might be more news imminent. Goldmans have just put out research stating that lithium carbonate producers are oversold and recommend Albemarle amongst others, suggesting 40% upside, which would actually just take them back to highs seen a year or so back. | steeplejack
05/7/2018 11:27 | Have a feeling some country has made an influenceNow the path seems to be clear, expect deal to happen soon before too much competition kicks in | ishwar
05/7/2018 08:54 | The Czechs might of ripped up the the Memorandum of Understanding but it looks like they are NOT going to compromise EMHs legal right to develop Cinovec. What could be regarded as a sort of watered down nationalisation through government corporate mediums will not be imposed retrospectively.Very good news and eminently sensible if the Czechs wish to retain credibility with international corporations. If there is greater clarity, the prospect of some sort of EMH off take deal or financing deal will be resurrected in investor thinking. | steeplejack
04/7/2018 12:01 | Exactly telbap a suckers rally with no foundation if there was , I would be in for £20k this is 20p for a reason and could be 0p at this moment that mine is worthless please dont make the Market makers rich. | djfrankie2
04/7/2018 11:50 | 13% spread.....lol they trying to suck them in. | telbap
02/7/2018 07:56 | Dear oh dear....yet again,a junior AIM miner justifies the old truism,if it's too good to be true it probably is.Babis has shot himself in the foot here. The lithium cycle turned down a good half year back.Every possibility it'll come again but for the exploration stocks there's a weight of funding to be undertaken which will weigh on stock prices. For all the banter about Cinovec being potentially the biggest lithium producer in Europe, all the German car manufacturers will perceive is a left wing nationalist government who are intent upon getting their head in the nose bag...and should we blame them. | steeplejack
28/6/2018 07:44 | The percentages are dubious. Avg 29.5 aud cents price equals 16.5p | ishwar
