29/1/2019 10:13 | I personally think Vonk has done better than here? Wouldn't it be ironic if our new investors took a similar stance if these bloody farm outs don't get signed. Its got to be nearly three months now!! And yes I know about the 'flagship' (under 1 in 3 COS) that could 'save' the day!! Oh yes and 'Morocco' of course!! | dunderheed
29/1/2019 08:19 | interesting that Vonk has been forced to step down.. useless directors have to be accountable! | currypasty
28/1/2019 09:17 | Went for a holiday in Morocco last year. Rained eight days and nights. Storm so bad it stripped all the sand off the famous Agadir beach. | fardels bear
28/1/2019 09:04 | Unfortunately Jussy has been wrong more times than right however hopefully this time he will be right? It can't get much lower!! I am certainly not a fan of Morocco though for o&g investment. | dunderheed
28/1/2019 09:00 | hopefully correct this year even if by the law of averages! ;-) ...I'm still waiting patiently with this one as well | bountyhunter
28/1/2019 08:54 | Yes Jussy you were saying the same last year when the share was 100% higher?! | dunderheed
28/1/2019 07:53 | Yes - Obviously Inishkea but the other two licences in the Porcupine would be moved to FEL Phase 2 which requires a well commitment. No wonder they need approval at board level. Could come any day. That would boost the share price for sure and on the back of that boost we should get more interest as CNOOC drill Iolar. Then there will be the Wressle decision to look forward to. News coming from Morocco as well - I believe Hugh was over there recently so could hear something soon. EOG looking very bright this year ... | jusmasel99
26/1/2019 11:18 | Thanks Tommy So Its one deal covering 3 wells? Did we know that? | guesswhosback2
26/1/2019 09:51 | Finncap Europa Oil & Gas (EOG): Corp And the fight goes on A small win for Europa in the ongoing saga that is the Wressle field development consent, or lack of it. A one-year extension to the Wressle site planning consent was approved, to January 2020, giving Europa time for another appeal against the refusal of development consent by North Lincolnshire Council. Nevertheless, the main reason to own Europa remains its exposure to Offshore Ireland, where final sign-off is awaited on a farm-out deal that will secure funding for three wells. A new financial year and recovering oil prices hopefully help the decision along. A successful conclusion to the negotiations would be a major catalyst for the shares. | tommy241
25/1/2019 12:13 | own up who sold that million? | currypasty
25/1/2019 10:17 | Well Mark Abbott at Egdon seems to think it will be a public enquiry after all. Which is strange because that is generally only decided after the appeal has been submitted. Perhaps he is just pointing out indirectly to North Lincs the prospect of costs. I don't think he will be offering to pay theirs this time around. | jusmasel99
25/1/2019 10:16 | Current production must be negligible if by more than doubling it, they only get to just over 200 bopd | spangle93
25/1/2019 07:59 | Edgon plans to submit appeal documentation in the coming week which is encouraging following on from today's RNS | bountyhunter
25/1/2019 07:54 | The Inspector will be well aware of the imminent appeal for the new planning application so will surely have taken that into consideration. When it was refused last time by the inspector the question was why did he not just allow the appeal with all the conditions he more or less specified that needed to be addressed. So should be (I have said that before) a slam dunk. We will soon know and probably the first thing to look out for is will it go to public enquiry. I would hope not. Timing depends on that though. 6 months probably from here to get it approved at last and probably 3 months to get all the work done. Good to have a banker in hand to raise the share price Wressle alone could and should double it from here. Roll on Inishkea! 2TCF of gas adjacent to Corrib. | jusmasel99
25/1/2019 07:12 | Existing planning consent for Wrestle extended Things beginning to move in the right direction at last?! | bountyhunter
23/1/2019 11:21 | Jusmasel99, thanks, Iolar not given the consent yet, the public consultation only finished on Monday | itsriskythat
23/1/2019 10:19 | Stena Icemax already on hire to Exxon Mobil so looks the likely drill ship. | jusmasel99
23/1/2019 10:18 | Full steam ahead for Nexen and Iolar hxxps://www.dccae.go | jusmasel99
23/1/2019 10:13 | Oh well, one can but dream. Time to do the sailing club monthly report.. | fardels bear
23/1/2019 10:09 | 8100. Well yes FB I think it's ironic as well that EOG have all this world class stuff which has been marketed for past few years now and still nothing to show for it, even though this could be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Strange that. I'll get me coat. | dunderheed
23/1/2019 09:53 | What irony! A huge (sorry) new province, and the Irish will no doubt vote to ban all oil and gas in favour of leprechaun powered treadmills. | fardels bear |
