Quick read of ENI’s full year results and with regards to new projects (Mexico etc), with a heading of “Final Investment Decisions”.

From EOG’s most recent newsletter:

“We agreed terms with their NW Europe division and continue to await a final investment decision from their head office.”

Didn't think of ENI at all.
They're normally pretty quick to get something they like though?

Ouch for UJO and EDR .. I wonder if Wressle will turn out to be the last oil well to come on stream onshore the UK? EOG just waiting for a farm in to take off and of course the interest that will surround Nexen's drill later this year.

Wtgr a lot of the EOG potential asset or share price evaluations are complete pie in the sky imho. However I'd be ecstatic if we got anywhere near them?

If this is just a p&d exercise I wonder how poor old lse die hards are going to take it!
