I do listen in. I don't think we are getting Anything other than expected timetables which on million/billion pound deals does take time. I am as disappointed as everyone else but it seems to repeat itself on AIM especially with small oilers.

Have you been listening to Hughie's 'whispers' as well GWB?
I don't know why, I thought we had something more specific than that, with regard to June?
Thanks for replying anyway matey and enjoy your holiday.

Back to my initial question, can someone elucidate as to when Vermicelli take over Corrib assets please? Thanks.

Not 'yet'? When can we expect you too 'join' then?
Could be good here - could be another year of 'nothingness' of course except for when 'Hugh's whispers' seem to find their way on here quite regularly, lol!!
As ever all imho and dyor!!

I know it's just my sense of humour h!!

If you're really really quiet and concentrate very hard with a lot of imagination, you can hear Hugh whispering (to absolutely anyone who will listen) sweet sweet dreams of a (potential*) big farm in deal with Vermicelli for the eog neighbouring assets.
It's such a shame he has zero credibility though lol!
All imho of course!!

* just like all the other amazing potential with all the other eog Irish assets!

FB - don't be silly there's a big Vermicelli deal going on in the back ground, it's so obvious if you do your own research - that's why the directors weren't buying.
Ah oppps silly me.
All imho of course lol!

HA lol!!
I think everyone on here would be hoping for millions carried?!
Well from my perspective EOG mgt would be changed by now or very very near now but, it seems they have dragged it a little longer - I think even the most ardent of supporters will be upset if no 'real' (Irish) licence news before early 2019?
All imho and dyor of course!

DH "It appeared to be a nailed on certainty that Vermicelli petroleum would be farming into our assets"

Wonder if they'll pay hundreds and thousands to do so? ;-)

Has anyone heard from Jus - I know he was going through some (potential) personal problem hell - just wondering if he was okay - as I had sent him a message but think he may have filtered (but not really) me, sometime ago?

guess - no of course not - I have a bit of cash but I'm not going to invest it in a company I work for - if the investment case isn't there?
I agree generally speaking, director buys very positive but, in the context a lot were inferring on here, the reason why they were not purchasing was because of being party to potential company changing inside information, maybe not so good because now that does not seem as likely or if indeed it is - it maybe sometime before this comes to light?
To be frank I think some (or a lot) on here were thinking vermicelli take over corrib operatorship then a 'deal' of sorts already done in the background (because of French relationship) and bob's your uncle deal pronounced to the public a little time later.
I've never advocated that theory but imho this director purchase could have people thinking that things will not be as quick as they originally thought?
Just my opinion like...

I don't mind them being loaded if success here results in us being loaded too! Any director buy is a positive for me :-)

If they were loaded do you not think he would have bought more shares? I think you are making too many assumptions. Does it really matter. They don't buy we moan, they do buy we moan.

Ray the g&a was historically low here but I have a feeling these guys are loaded mate, which would be my experience of similar 'level' e&p executives. They've held some pretty well remunerated positions in the past I would have thought?
