Europa Metals submits formal application for Toral mine

Published: 07:35 23 Oct 2023

Europa Metals Ltd (AIM:EUZ, JSE:EUZ) confirmed on Monday that a formal licence application for the Toral mining project in Spain has been submitted.

All necessary documents covering restoration and environmental impact were submitted to the authorities of Castilla and Leon, Europa said in a statement.

These laid out an estimated 15-year lifespan for the mine, according to the lead, zinc and silver developer, which could see average production of 700,000 tonnes of ore annually.

“This milestone for the Toral project has been achieved over the last three to four years with the application of dedicated teamwork through the process of exploration, evaluation and the prosecution of planning,” executive chairman Myles Campion commented.

“The company has overcome a few hurdles during this period, Covid being one of them.”

Toral is fully owned by Europa, with the application coming under an exploration campaign agreement with Denarius Metals Corp.

Some 360 local jobs could be created through the project, Europa estimated, alongside a further 1,400 indirect opportunities.

“We now look forward to continuing our work with Denarius over the coming years,” Campion added.

“2024 will see the recommencement of drilling and work commence on a preliminary economic assessment.”

Now that this very important milestone has been achieved Denarius will complete the preliminary economic assessment ( PEA ) in 2024.

This is the most important news from the company for a long time.

Mining License Application is the culmination of many years work which includes:

Geotechnical
Metallurgical
Hydrological
Environmental
And many years of drilling

Speco still posting garbage on the other thread, the idiot is very bitter because he's lost all his wealth around £80,000,so understandably he'll continue to be bearish.

It's best to ignore his posts.

MLA must be very close to being submitted, this will a turning point for the shares.

Once they have submitted MLA , Denarius will complete the preliminary economic assessment PEA , they will also complete the pre-feasibility study PFS.

Denarius will invest a total of $4,000,000 on the Toral project.

Exactly what everyone else was saying a couple of years ago

Keep averaging down because the scoping study is the key..

The denarius deal has added nothing to this, the share price is still falling, buyers will not touch this. Its been 10 months since they said they were actively looking at new projects, 2 months since they said they would put forward the mining app, everyone knows that this company will blow any money from Denarius on this new project and just like Toral they will spend £12m and end up with a company currently worth £1.7m
Face it, the company has never reflected its value in its share price because its projects have never made money and its only still here because it has raised £12m and crashed its share price to the extent that it had to consolidate 500/1 just to keep its listing on the AIM

Hey cretin there is a lot of difference between me and you.

First and foremost you have sold yours for a huge loss whilst i'm still buying at the moment.I have no intention to sell the shares and every intention to BUY more when the time is right.

Let Denarius complete the PEA and PFS then we'll see where the share price is.

Denarius will spend a minimum of $4,000,000 to develop Toral.

You know the busiest thread for EUZ was over on LSE. It would get 50 posts a day up to the Denarius deal from people just like you and guess what, they have all gone now. They are lucky to get 1 or 2 posts a week which is more than your thread get's i suppose...

Silly little man

we don't even have a Tesco, I'm outside Lidl if you must know.

It does make me laugh though as you ridicule people who bought then averaged down while admitting that's exactly what you are doing as you put more and more cash into this and the share price drops even further. If you comprehend a chart you would see the trend here is down, its been that way for 10 years. You are like King Kanute trying to turn back the tide.

Market cap only £1.7m with over £1 million cash and will receive a further $2,000,000 cash from Denarius.

Far too cheap.

Speco , i know that your a bit slow but come on you're not completely THICK.

The share price never got to 5p on the bid or offer.

I'm not done buying yet , the price has fallen and i will also more at these lower prices.

One good rns and these could easily multibag.

You'll still be begging outside your local Tesco express.

It's bad weather tonight so are you in the homeless shelter

You're a sad loser.

Yes sure the price has been weak , due to the MLA still not submitted but it will get sorted out very soon.

The market cap of £1.7m at 1.90p is only slightly more than their cash.

Toral is worth considerably more than this.

Speco

How's the begging at your local Tesco express.

Idiot you put too much money into this company over many years and unlike you i only started to invest after the Denarius deal last year.

We'll see where the shares are after they have completed the PFS.

The company is fully funded and with Denarius doing all the work regarding Toral the company is in strong position plus they will also receive $2,000,000 cash as part of the deal.

Sitting there with your begging bowl suits you.

As for the new broker and NOMAD , this will far cheaper than having separate broker and NOMAD.

They had Strand Hanson Limited (Nominated Adviser) and WH Ireland as broker.

you said and i quote

my average will get even lower because i will buy more once they confirm their MLA has been submitted.

Its just utter nonsense, you already need a bounce of 60% just break even because you dont listen,

So lets look at the history of sad losers that have lost more than me ?
Well the entire BOD, past and present
Deutsche bank, well what do they know about investing ?
Countless sophisticated investors like me who were mislead by brokers ?

But never mind you know better than everyone :-)

Speco you're thick and that's why you lost £80,000 plus in this company.

I said my average will get lower once i buy more at these low prices

The buying price yesterday 2.02p in the morning and then at 2.00p in late afternoon.

Costs in 2023 will have reduced significantly because Denarius are now funding the Toral project that includes the drilling and all work regarding the completion of their MLA.

Their full year results in a few weeks will confirm this.

You're just a sad loser that can't over the huge losses that you suffered and it's completely your own fault.

Get your begging bowl and head towards your local Tesco.

Posting garbage on this thread will not help you.
