Hey cretin there is a lot of difference between me and you.

First and foremost you have sold yours for a huge loss whilst i'm still buying at the moment.I have no intention to sell the shares and every intention to BUY more when the time is right.

Let Denarius complete the PEA and PFS then we'll see where the share price is.

Denarius will spend a minimum of $4,000,000 to develop Toral.

Yes sure the price has been weak , due to the MLA still not submitted but it will get sorted out very soon.

The market cap of £1.7m at 1.90p is only slightly more than their cash.

Toral is worth considerably more than this.

Idiot you put too much money into this company over many years and unlike you i only started to invest after the Denarius deal last year.

We'll see where the shares are after they have completed the PFS.

The company is fully funded and with Denarius doing all the work regarding Toral the company is in strong position plus they will also receive $2,000,000 cash as part of the deal.

As for the new broker and NOMAD , this will far cheaper than having separate broker and NOMAD.

They had Strand Hanson Limited (Nominated Adviser) and WH Ireland as broker.

The buying price yesterday 2.02p in the morning and then at 2.00p in late afternoon.

Costs in 2023 will have reduced significantly because Denarius are now funding the Toral project that includes the drilling and all work regarding the completion of their MLA.

Their full year results in a few weeks will confirm this.

You're just a sad loser that can't over the huge losses that you suffered and it's completely your own fault.

Get your begging bowl and head towards your local Tesco.

Market cap at this crazy price of 2p is only £1.88m and yet their cash balances were £1.45m so there is absolutely no value included for Toral.

Massively undervalued.

Unlike you lot i started to buy after the deal with Denarius Metals in November 2022.

I'm still buying at these low prices and my average is quite low and it will get even lower because i will buy more once they confirm their MLA has been submitted.

I'm very happy from the feedback i'm getting from Myles campion.

Like i have posted before we'll see where the share price is once they have completed their PFS which will also funded by Denarius.

Idiot they had £1.45 million cash at 31/12/2022 and since Denarius has been funding for the Toral project in 2023 their cash will still be very healthy.The company will announce their full year results in a few weeks so all be revealed.

I certainly paid a higher price than today but laughing at that is the height of stupidity. When I got in the price had already fallen massively and I perceived (wrongly) that I was getting in at a point of value, I believed this wholeheartedly because they were about to deliver their scoping study and the market would finally see the value! Fast forward I don't know maybe somewhere around 6 years give or take and all they've managed to do is destroy value. You can see how the shareprice has been on a continual decline for over a decade, they were once trading at over 100 pounds a share. A a little think about that Zico, imagine hundreds if not thousands of traders and investors over the years all thought exactly the same as you, that they were getting in a fantastic value and they were sure to make a fortune! You yourself got in well above the current price and must be considerably under water by now. Today they sit at 2p after many consolidations with no sign of the price starting to buck the long term trend whatsoever. The mining licence APPLICATION is two months late, the shareholder engagement is zero and company promotion is zero. They have nothing to do despite talking of looking for another asset what? Two years ago? They still haven't found anything else to invest in and don't have any money even if they did! They recently announced a new broker / nomad didn't they? One who specialises in ipo's? Well for anyone invested in this company and it's pathetic history of decimating shareholder value that should strike fear in your heart because any further dilution here and we're all staring into the abyss you included Zico.

The whole purpose of hiring a IPO specialist is to raise capital by selling shares to institutions. So either they are going to split Toral off into a new company leaving EUZ with nothing and worthless or they will dilute this down.

If Denarius were to float off Toral they would get a valuation well in excess of £15m to £20m for it which is far more than the current market cap of Europa.

I would be laughing at Zico and the share price here if its wasnt so tragic and totally unnecisery . I simply cant believe the total disintrest the BOD seem to have in promoting this stock. They seem more than happy to just let it drift.

There is very little reason why they have let the share price drift from 15p down to less than 2p given the stream of good news over the last 18 months other than a lack of intrest as long as they collect their wage
