The whole purpose of hiring a IPO specialist is to raise capital by selling shares to institutions. So either they are going to split Toral off into a new company leaving EUZ with nothing and worthless or they will dilute this down, crash the ~SP and let the institutions in on the cheap.
If Zico has a better idea why they need an ipo lets hear it :-)

Only a fool would think management are working for the PI's without concrete proof going on past results
The last time a promised RNS was this delayed (( mining licence) was the scoping study and look what happened there...

This idiot who has admitted to losing more than £70,000 in this company over the last 10 years is very bitter and can't move on with his life.

The company is fully funded for the next 3 years and will not be diluting share
holders. Denarius Metals have been funding for the Toral project since January 2023 and they will also complete the PEA and PFS , so there is nothing to worry about regarding funding or dilution.

As part of the deal the company will also receive $2,000,000.

Another one that has lost a lot of money in this company over the years and is still very bitter.

These things happen when you buy at very high prices , you have to get over it and try to live normal life.

You could try sitting outside your local Tesco express with a begging bowl rather than posting garbage on this thread.

Reading up on this. From Ferrum Crescent to almost bankrupt, then a name change to Europa Metals and same again. The amount of money raised has been eye watering. The value delivered to shareholders has been zero. It would have been better had it folded and saved shareholders from some of the lifestyle merchants.

Speco unlike you lot i've been buying these at the low and bought plenty sub 2.5p

The delay in submitting their MLA is the reason for this drop.

If they fall further before the rns i'll also buy more.

The advantage the company is fully funded and there will be no more placings for a long time at least another 3 years.

The share price will be way higher by the time complete their PFS.

I'm very relaxed holding the shares.

As for you i'm afraid it's the begging bowl having lost more £80,000 over the last 10 years
