Europa Metals sees confirmation of Toral grades in latest assay

Europa Metals Ltd (AIM:EUZ, JSE:EUZ) said the first assay from the latest drill programme at Toral in Spain matched earlier results with a thick intersection in the initial hole.

Results from the hole, TOD-043, included a section of 8.7 metres (m) at an average grade of 11% zinc equivalent (lead and silver) within which was 3.1m at 20.3%.

In a statement, Europa said that this latest programme is part of the option agreement signed with Denarius Metals last November and comprises 11 holes of in-fill drilling within an established indicated resource area of 7.1Mt at 8.1% zinc equivalent.

Myles Campion, executive chairman, noted: "The first drill hole of our infill and confirmatory campaign has illustrated the robust nature of Toral and the current indicated resource.

“Hole TOD-043 has displayed a thick, well-mineralised intersection in keeping with the existing holes in the area."

The company commenced this drilling campaign in late March and already have completed the first hole TOD-043 with excellent results.

TOD-045 and TOD-046 are currently being drilled with targeted depths of approximately 610m and 810m respectively.

A total of 11 holes will be drilled.

Indeed the outlook is very bullish:

Myles Campion, quoting:

"I am very pleased that our latest drill campaign has commenced so quickly post finalisation of the JV budget; it represents a great first step in our partnership with Denarius Metals. Two rigs onsite will allow us both efficiency and flexibility in our programme of resource infill targeted drilling, the results of which will then flow into an updated resource estimate.

I look forward to providing further updates as the drill results are generated in due course."

Work on Mining License Application ( MLA ) is also progressing well , this involves preparation of an in-depth study which commenced in January 2023 following the initial payment from Denarius of US$100k. The work carried out by Europa Metals over the last 12 to 18 months with regards to resources, hydrogeology, geotechnical measurements, environmental and social studies on Toral has facilitated the rapid advancement of this requisite study.

This work is ongoing and is on track to meet internal timelines for submission of the MLA by the Junta's deadline of 31 July 2023.

To get to the stage when the company is about to submit it's Mining License it has to complete many 1000's of meters of drilling , work relating to completing of geotechnical , metallurgical , hydrological and environmental , this can take many years and a lot of funding.

Mining License Application is paramount to development of this mine and will be a major milestone in the company's history when they do finally announce it.

The Company's latest metallurgical testwork programme, undertaken by Wardell Armstrong Ltd ("WAI"), achieved excellent results released in August 2022 on material from both the upper siliceous zone and the lower carbonate zone. Both lead and zinc recoveries to respective concentrates were very positive. The grades achieved for both zinc and lead were better than previous results with the siliceous showing that the upper levels can also produce a high-grade concentrate.

Denarius Metals will develop Toral aggressively as a future potential mine that has a low capex and high margins.

I see on the Speco7 thread both Speco7 and Manini are posting on a Sunday even though they own a single share in the company.

Nobody cares what you two losers post anymore , you losers have no credibility having lost so much in this company due to your inability to sell the shares when the price was very high and then finally selling last year at the lows.

It's not just the Mining License Application , Denarius Metals will develop Toral at a lot faster pace than Europa ever manage to do.

Denarius will also complete the preliminary economic assessment ( PEA ).

They will then complete the pre-feasibility study ( PFS ).

Let me tell both of you LOSERS that these shares will multi bag many folds over the next few years as Denarius Metals develops Toral.

The big question is why you two losers have started to post on the thread after not posting for a whole year when you sold out ???

Everyone knows that you two have lost more £100,000 in this company.

People like you two will remain very bitter for a long time and will keep posting LIES on the forum.

Everyone who ever bought these said they picked the right time to buy in, where are they now ? No one posts on ADVFN or LSE and they used to get dozens of posts a day
As you rightly say despite endless drill results, successful placings, water tests, scoping studies, agreements, local support, PFS etc not once has the share price shown a sign of a green shoot and this reflects the confidence in the management who despite everything are the only ones to ever make any money here.

These shares were once 104.00 yes incredible as it seems 104 pounds, today they sit at 3.15 pence. If they hadn't of done the 500/1 consolidation they would actually be sitting at 0.000063 pence! That is an incredible amount of value destruction, every single investor that has poured money into this company has lost the vast majority of it. Thousands of investors all idiots according to ZICO. The level of arrogance and naivety from this poster is breathtaking. Arrogance to think everyone else was just stupid rather than blaming successive management for gross incompetence and naive to think that this time it will all be so much different because he in his infinite wisdom picked just the right moment to buy in. Let me tell you ZICO if you think you're gonna make a fortune here just off the back of a submission of a mining licence you're in for a bit of a shock. There's still many years to go here and many obstacles to be cleared before this ever becomes a mine, if its ever achieved, (it's by no means a certainty). I've seen posters equally or even more confident than you in the past leave quietly with their tales between their legs, humbled and broken, dreams in tatters and bank balance decimated. Not long for the mining licence submission, I've seen a few of my other stocks start to show signs of life over the last couple of weeks, maybe small commodity stocks are showing the first green shoots of recovery but I haven't seen them here, such is the level of distrust after over a decade of value destruction and incompetence.

Like i posted above we'll see where the share price is after the company announces that it has completed and submitted the Mining License Application.

You carry on making sly remarks about me and remember having lost that much money you're basically a failure or a BUM whichever you prefer.

Yes my mistake the share price has dropped from £400000 to £1500 for 50000 shares so thats a drop of 99.625%
How much have you made ? lol.
Its important that investors realise this is a money pit, a life style company where the management have earned millions over the 10 years and every investor has lost.

It only exists because it changed its name and consolidated 500:1 and is still only worth 3p
Its placed and raised twice a year since buying Toral to the tune of £12m and is now worth £2.5M
Its sold out 80% of its only asset which raised the share price by exactly zero

Over to your jam tomorrow nonsense..
