28/9/2018 09:17 | Spec, Absolutely, its a great idea to use the information given by RNS, but I certainly wouldn't rule out information in podcasts and online interviews especially when they both tie in: 16 July 2018: Laurence Read, Executive Director, further commented: "Cost efficencies and having access to the right tools deployed by the right team is what Europa Metals is all about. I look forward to our team commencing safe and efficient drilling operations in August as we also seek to progress our work re-logging the historic core, undertaking metallurgical testing and releasing the findings of an initial independent Scoping Study by Q4 2018. As previously stated, the first phase of our drill programme will involve drilling to the East of the main ore body along strike to determine the potential presence of further mineralisation." I don't know if you invest in other miners, but you should be familiar with the fact that they all use flexible timescales. The scoping study has been ongoing since the start of June. According to the RNS releases and interviews its at an advanced stage. The current cap doesn't reflect the asset so some of us are happy to wait until it does. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/9/2018 09:07 | Tooth used to do the same thing, plant a seed on social media via some podcast or a private phone call/tip off and watch it go wild. 1/ missed dates are more damaging than any advantage in giving them out in the first place 2/ There are proper official channels for news. 3/ Podcasts are not binding, some here should know better than to place much credence on them. | spec7
28/9/2018 08:47 | shareideas, Well perhaps some will see that shares mag write up and grab a few cheapuns before the SS. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/9/2018 08:28 | Bloody hell Blackie, i'm 57....lol don't panic no big problem. | spec7

28/9/2018 08:08 | I thought I was coming to because he seemed to deflect questions.... he made it clear it was round the corner. | frankie83
28/9/2018 08:01 | Aye. Surprised it didn't come tbh. Especially after the confidence shown in the interviews that it won't be late etc etc. Makes you think | rizler
28/9/2018 07:17 | If it tanks I'm selling my grandma to pile in | leetomma
28/9/2018 07:03 | No scoping study.. looks like this will be tanking today | simoore89

27/9/2018 11:08 | Check out UKOG Extended flow test about to start anyday now on the Kimerage zones which flowed at over 1300 bopd agregate in 2016 on the short term flow test. Also official declaration of commerciality to be announced anyday, on the recently sucessful flow test of the portland zone, on their Horse Hill descovery well. About to re-rate so be quick. Fully funded into 2019. Huge huge upside! DYOY :) | stephen2010
27/9/2018 11:05 | If SS is due tomorrow then trading so far today is pitiful Personally as i have said many times here i expect news when its been RNS's and not as we have seen in the past via podcasts, leaks, rumours and forum interpretations of aforementioned :) We shall see but missed dates are usually not helpful when trying to build confidence in a company however lets wait and see, still plenty of time yet and we could hear monday on the ASX which would technically be sunday here and still September in the UK :-) | spec7
27/9/2018 08:11 | Frankie, Who knows, LR seemed fairly confident that they could get the data they'd been receiving together for month end. But if it slips to next week its neither here nor there as it won't change the commerciality of its contents. Miners can be hit and miss on timing, but the interview certainly did give the impression of being close as Justin asked the same question several times. Regards, Ed. | edgein
27/9/2018 07:11 | Any news today.....? | frankie83
26/9/2018 12:09 | I agree Ed. The management team have really figured how what they need to do and are sticking to their plan. I remember Myles on his first podcast saying start with the end game and work backwards. As far as I can see they have not put a foot wrong. Myles is not only a geo he also manages funds in the resource sector - he knows what needs doing. Fair play. Intra day market noise is irrelevant - the bigger picture is we have a fantastic chance of getting what we would ideally like here - a mine Imo and that means a very large multiple of the current market cap. Enjoy the ride ..patience will pay.! | hedgebetter
26/9/2018 09:22 | The re rate will come but it will be because a lot more i's were dotted and T's crossed. Its still very early days as Blackie would say. most of us have been given half the pieces but completed the jigsaw already :) but as i always say....facts, not someones estimates on a free chat room or dates dropped in some old podcast RNSable price sensitive facts please. | spec7
26/9/2018 08:46 | Hedge, Very true the market is more into hype chasing after a pipedream with companies like OMI and GGP who are yet to get any reserves. Yet here is little EUZ massive reserves vs its cap, mine model has been confirmed and extended with the recent relogging and its now progressing firming up the large high grade discovery with imminent scoping study. Funny old market at times for sure. Now that they know the cores match the model etc they can do more assays on those at any time. Good to see management acknowledge too that they don't need more tonnage for the sake of it. Proving up to 25-30mMt would be nice but not essential when they're now sitting on 19Mt. Wise management decision to now focus on early startup on the high grade core. Regards, Ed. | edgein
26/9/2018 02:47 | I have bought more this week.............ver | spec7
25/9/2018 22:44 | I agree on the drilling. It’s a very valuable asset that should go a serious way towards supporting production of a PFS and FS. I also genuinely suspect that third parties are pulling strings here on the approach to take to speed up things - e.g drilling deep into the high grade core will support increased confidence in resource classifications, and with that additional confidence could come an early JV etc - why not ?! And by the way drill over there just to check mineralisation extent please :-) To get an asset like Toral and drill it like it already has been would cost more than the current market cap! Industry Third parties definitely understand this - the market as a whole does not. Some investors clearly do understand what we might have and are right to remain calm, patient, and play the long game - which might not actually be that long :-). When the market hands you shares at these prices then logic says load up to your own personal risk level. I am here for the mine but a sale is a real possibility - both options / possibilities are dependent on management continuing to deliver, and the project proving as good as we think it might be. So far so good. | hedgebetter
25/9/2018 17:16 | Manini, Yes very true, can you imagine the amount of millions of $ it would require to take 40,000m of diamond drill rig cores now? Way more than our current market cap. The market is totally missing the value of this data to a miner like EUZ. Many miners capped multiples of this haven't achieved anything like that. I cannot see why with the infill drilling and further assays that they wouldn't be in a position to go for BFS/DFS. The infill will move some of that 19Mt up to Indicated, perhaps some into measured too depending on how many holes they do. But the core warehouse will be invaluable to them as they move forward to funding/DFS. Perhaps one of those interested third parties will JV or buy the asset once proved up. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/9/2018 14:26 | I personally don't like seeing a big build up to news only to see a mass sell off on the day news lands. I'd rather the news lands and people are surprised how good or unexpected it is and then want to buy in. Without at least a Scoping Study institutions won't be buying in, that's a minimum requirement for most, plus the market cap is tiny. The company have said get the SS out, then we'll get the assays for the extention drilling and then the infill drilling. What I'm wondering is if all the core that's recently been analysed will impact a full feasibility study, surely 40,000 metres would be more than enough for a FFS especially with the new infill drilling about to start. Does anyone else feel a full feasibility study may be a lot closer (and cheaper to produce) than would normally be the case because we already have so much drilling logged? | the manini
25/9/2018 13:39 | You wont get institutional backing at a fraction of a penny with 5+ billion in issue. despite what people say this still carries a huge amount of baggage from its days as FCR. Its never been one to react to an RNS be it the original jorc, the old BFS or recently the updated estimates. Like most junior minors it has a lot to prove. It will get there but it will take time and you have to look beyond the forum hysteria elsewhere and keep this in perspective. there is a constant threat of dilution here and a consolidation could well see the new price offer the chance of several more dilutions. The company should be able to say what it plans to do after it gets its Scoping study and its resource classifications changed from inferred to indicated so that they can move onto the feasibility study. A long old road but we are travelling at a pace and its looking pretty good. | spec7 |
