I suppose what i am saying is it would be nice if chartests turned up when this was .06p and looking a little lost...and said this is going up rather than wait until it doubles in price, receives news on land registry and expects a scoping forecast in the near future and says......this is going up.... on a day it had risen 15% already...

Call me cynical.. :-)

Yes Ed but i was talking in respect of charting, its one thing plotting the past but using that to then plot the future when the company is hardly a company at this stage ,just an asset holder with the potential to improve on its asset is far fetched.

I am not putting down the potential here , just questioning its chartability ( if thats a word ) :-)

Spec,

Its not purely driven by speculation though. I bought because of the almost 7% eqv zinc at shallow depth, 16Mt currently with a lot of potential to upgrade, that and a cap of about £5m at that time. Those fundamentals told me that this one was oversold. This isn't some hopeful explorer, its got a large discovery. I'm pretty damn sure that the SS will be good, that's only minor speculation, but I'm here because this company has a highly drilled asset, that drilling would cost more than the market cap to replicate so its got one heck of an asset. There's a lot more to this one that just speculation, I wouldn't have bought millions of shares otherwise.

Regards,
Ed.

I don't disagree but you cant chart speculation....i did say "purely driven by speculation at this stage."

It’s risen based on recent news - change of land use to potential mining, and extrapolation that the forthcoming scoping study will likely be good - which seems a very reasonable deduction to me. In support of that is the fundamentals of a solid maiden JORC. Folks are building a picture and joining the dots. Nothing wrong with that - it’s called speculation.

And just how does a chart tell you anything given the company has no history, no fundamentals, no turn over and is purely driven by speculation at this stage. The rise today on no news is a classic example of how the share price can fluctuate so please tells us how your chart was able to predict todays rise and how it can predict the result of the scoping study in a week or two ? charts have a place but not on micro cap AIM companies, we have seen a succession of chartists here, they all turn up when the share price rises and claim to have predicted this and yet in truth not a single chartist in the last 8 years has called this right as its dropped from 20p to 0.01p..lol

"the cross that triggers this signal will be 26 days behind the price" nothing to do with the fact we have all been expecting the results of the scoping study at that time then ?

Lets try and keep this thread sensable please.

You may well be correct with your golden ticket Hedgebetter :)

Have been looking more at Ichimoku charts recently and having bought in here last week I thought I would look at the EUZ chart. It looks very interesting.

As shown below, the Chikou Span is the closing price shifted into the past, the cross that triggers this signal will be 26 days behind the price and, hence, the actual date that the signal occurs.

The Chikou Span Cross signal occurred on 20th August - (C) on the chart

Hold on to your golden tickets. Long way to go yet - in a good way. Market cap is still rock bottom imo

Yeah fellas good to see volume increase as news closes in from numerous angles. Its certainly not just the SS and what that will mean for EUZ but also re-logging of the cores and incorporating the specific gravity to the reserve model, but also the ongoing drill results. All will likely culminate in a more realistic market cap for an asset of this size and quality/grade. Hedge isn't the only one expecting an increased tonnage here.

Ed.

Even post scoping study release we will then start to get through the results of the drilling to the east which should
See a significant increase in tonnage ,,,

200m traded could be a near record if my memory is correct ? however in context of 5b in issue its only about 4%, still not to be sneezed at given no news yet :-)

Euz have chosen to plough ahead with this and we will find out why they are so hasty to do so within 9 days.

From twitter...

“Scoping study less than 9 days away and the share price starting to reflect the fact that
EUZ Toral mine will be viable (as per change of land use application) and comparable to SASA mine in Macedonia, which was bought for £308m.”

18 months during which we can progress all the other work, all in parallel. Takes the change of land use off the critical path. Very rare to start this early before the scoping study - shows great management foresight.

Excellent philosophy, take it as it goes. The spanish thing is a pain as they work slower than a slow thing on a go slow hence they are thinking 18 months just to get the land use change !!.i

I don't have a time frame to be honest. As long as they continue to hit milestones, there isn't a material negative development that affects the company and the chart looks good I'll stay invested for large profits. You don't make big gains by jumping in and out of stocks. I like to get in early and gain 300%, 400% 500% plus. This looks like it has the capability to achieve those kinds of gains and potentially a lot more depending on how things go. I like what I've seen so far from the CEO he seems focused, confident, driven and seems to have shareholders interests in his scope along with developing the company, unlike many CEO's that seem arrogant and aloof and just want to line their own pockets. I've got a really good feeling about this one and I've learnt to trust my instincts over the years...

Scoping study is a small piece in a large jigsaw, i wouldn't get too excited at this stage, depends what you are expecting i suppose and what sort of time frame you have ?

I could be wrong but it sounded to me like they'll have the scoping study finished by the end of this month but it could take another couple of weeks to actually publish it to the market. That was the impression I got from first listen. I'll have another listen over the weekend. Either way a couple of weeks ain't gonna make any difference to me
