These two idiots who for whatever reason did not sell their shares at prices as high as 20p to 30p when they had the opportunity are now crying over spilt milk.

Crying and posting on the BB will not help you recoup your losses.

These two clowns must have lost very heavily because they don't post on any other forum meaning they don't have money to buy any thing else.

As a rule you DO NOT put all your eggs in one basket.

We were pumping these for so many years, really? I can only speak for myself, I've been critical of this company for around 4 years, ever since there first mistakes after I became invested. Even before those mistakes I never pumped the company, I'll leave ramping to people like you, desperate sad little investors frightened of losing their money. I've never invested money I couldnt afford to lose, you clearly have. Every day since you began posting you're telling everyone about how it's going to multibag, aggressively rerate, rise when the deal is voted through, rise massively when the PFS is delivered, rise again when the mining licence is submitted. You cant leave a single balanced post here for 5 minutes without posting another 3 rampy ones to try and bury it because youre so scared of losing your money. Non stop claptrap from a serial scared ramper.There's only one clown on this thread mate and that's you.

This deal values the shares at more 8p.

Upon approval next at the GM the shares will start to rerate,at 2.85p the market cap is only £2.30m far too cheap.

Worth more than double all day long.

What will EUZ be now ?
A BOD with no real jobs ? i cant imagine it will keep the Spanish staff on ? As far as i can see it will just be a draw in an office with an agreement in it for a later date.

i am almost in agreement i just have doubts about Antonia etc which wasnt even mentioned in todays rns. I tend to think having relinquished anything to to with the future development of Toral i would basically write it off and then anything that comes from it would be a bonus.

Hopefully so Z1CO but while this may turn out to be a good little investment the lack of liquidity prevents me from considering buying anything more than a total of 100k as I first mentioned.

Very good luck to you though if you have a much bigger holding.

So says Spec7 the expert who has admitted to loosing £60,000 in EUZ by buying very high and then selling at less than 4p.

Other potential investors will not believe a word you post,but please continue making a fool of yourself like your other two monkey pals.

What do you think Manini ?
Seems to me like a rock and a hard place.
As far as i can see this is about raising cash for EUZ (not shareholders) they are looking to get back less than half what they have put in and the very best outcome will be a new project that may or may not repay in anther 5 years minimum.
they do not rule out more placings/funding whether it is as a partner in Iberia or as EUZ separate. The only positive is if the company can keep going long enough they may get a return on the other 20% of Iberia if there is a buyer and it seems Denarius has first refusal.
Its a sad end to a great asset and hope

clock it's clearly a good deal for EUZ and markets also liked it when it was confirmed on the 23/11/2022 because share price rose to 4.25p before profit takers arrived.

Highest price paid that day was over 4.42p.

The shares will no doubt get a big boost upon approval.

Agreed Z1CO and it is good to see the MM have not moved the bid/offer on that sale of 125k.

If they do drop, I will not pickup the other 25k I was after until after the meeting though, as I am surprised they felt they needed to issue the RNS today, as I thought there would be no doubt that the resolutions would just be passed without question.

Let's hope they do so.

The company has a market cap of only £2.4m which is far too cheap.They raised £580,000 in November at 4.50p at 60% premium to the closing price of 2.80p.

The company has carried out geotechnical , metallurgical , hydrological and environmental leading to the pre-feasibility study which will be completed and presented in 2023 by Denarius Metals.The company will also complete the Mining License Application by 31 July 2023.

It's looking very likely that all the hard graft the company has done over many years is finally poised to reflect in the share price

I am very confident that on the right rns these will explode massively to the upside.

We know Spec7 has lost £60,000 and your loss must be £20,000 to £30,000.

Idiots look at the chart buying at less than 3p is a lot better than when you 3 fools were buying.Did you guys pay 20p or 30p or 40p or was it over 50p.

oh look Z1CO has made a friend, love how he's trying his best to sound really knowledgeable about mining, regurgitating everything he's picked up from RNS's. I can see right through you Z1CO you actually have a very limited knowledge about mining and charting and the little you do know can be a dangerous thing! Continually posting that this is gonna 'multibag' and 'rerate aggressively' is completely irresponsible and selfish. You've obviously whacked a lot in here and are looking for suckered and hype to push this up. I've no doubt you won't be around if this does ever multibag, you'll be long gone well before. I reckon if this got you into a break even or small profit position we wouldn't see you for dust! No amount of hype or posting all day every day will shift this, there's too much bad history weighing this down. We might get a bit of a move in the run up to the PFS if they don't mess it up and if it is delivered on time and if Denarius can raise the requisite funding, none of this is guaranteed! Saying it's going to rerate aggressively doesn't make it so, don't drag others into this just because you're stuck in an illiquid stock and underwater!

Absolutely clock patience is must with these junior mining companies and so is the timing.It takes many years for a junior mining company to get to the stage where it's poised to complete and present the Pre-Feasibility Study.

The PFS is the culmination of many years of hard work and many rounds of funding from investors.

EUZ share price is now poised to rerate aggressively in 2023.
