Switched threads, so you’re here to stay now I guess, as everyone here that holds shares, just like you do now, are in for the long term, as I think you stated on the thread that you had bought some around 3.7p, I seem to recall, so, either you join those that you mock and take a loss like they did, or you hang around here waiting for an eventual dead cat bounce, that I will be waiting for, if I live longer enough that is.

So, you better get ready to buy more if you are to reduce your average once you have saved enough out of your salary to do so but at least you have plenty more of time before that is likely to happen.

Unfortunately for you it was more than the very small punt I had when I purchased 75k shares at around under 3p with transaction fees.

So let us suppose they drop in time to 0.50 - I buy several million, my average will be far lower than yours. Sickening for you to accept I guess, then we get the dead cat bounce.

Trouble is when a company sells its only asset without returning a single penny to the shareholders it hardly surprising the share price drops.
the company now does nothing, its lost all the work on Toral so is basically just burning cash on BOD and expenses with no income and no project.

Share price holding firm even after the selling this week.MM's still giving a generous 2.55p for 100,000 and letting you buy at 2.94p for the same size.

Agreed Z1CO and it is good to see the MM have not moved the bid/offer on that sale of 125k.

If they do drop, I will not pickup the other 25k I was after until after the meeting though, as I am surprised they felt they needed to issue the RNS today, as I thought there would be no doubt that the resolutions would just be passed without question.

Let's hope they do so.

This is for the long term and NOT a punt like it was for you.Unlike most who were buying this years ago and even higher than 50p i have been buying near the lows. The deal(jv) with Denarius Metals will be transformational in time.Denarius Metals largest shareholder is Aris Mining who has market cap of nearly $800m.Aris Mining owns nearly 35% of Denarius Metals.

The management of Denarius will grow the asset (EMI) much more aggressively than EUZ and the 20% which EUZ own will eventually be worth significantly more over time.

EUZ will also receive $2,000,000 under the second option.

Another plus is the company will not be raising further money ie not diluting shareholders for a long time.

Coming back to your post above.

It was not a guess you first bought 50,000 and then you bought the 75,000 and when the company issued another rns regarding it's GM on 21/12/2022 it worried you and you sold your small holding (punt your definition) of 125,000 @ 2.75p for a LOSS , that's how clever you really are.

You're a terrible trader.

Today towards the close MM's were bidding 2.55p for 100,000 and letting you buy at 2.94 for the same size.

I'm very relaxed holding this stock at some point we will get some really positive news and this will kick start the rerating.

nb

The last placing in November was done at 4.5p a 60% PREMIUM to the closing price of 2.8p

There you go again Z1CO your guesses are turning out to be as poor as your stock picking, as you stated you were still buying some of these at around 3.7p I seem to recall and what about FCS that you were as usual rudely dismissive of anyone that pointed out that the consolidation was damaging, when you were also saying how undervalued it was at around 0.70 which if you look now after consolidation is 49p to sell.

I took a very small punt in both - as I do with many dog shares so to keep a close eye if they do indeed start to rise - here I bought 75k as you had asked, if it was my trade at the time. As for FCS well no life there as expected but like this, you must be well underwater but to big headed and full of yourself to admit you got in to early or made a terrible mistake.

You clearly have limited funds but have made a few good punts here and there but you are finding out that penny share trading is not for day traders in general.

This may well recover and if it does start to deliver good news it might become a worthwhile punt after all.

Shares are at the lows and significantly undervalued they will rerate. The deal values the shares at more than 8p.

btw you must have also lost thousands by buying so high hence the bitter posts.

Unlike you lot i bought these after the deal with Denarius ie at or near the lows.

Listen to the latest podcast if you a few spare minutes.

Myles Campion speaking to Proactive says the company expects to put in a very substantial Mining License Application and it's to be submitted by 31/07/2023.

You're still the same having sold your small holding of 125,000 shares to be precise on 21/12/22 for a LOSS you're pretending to still hold the shares and posting sarcastic comments.

The approval was the turning point and EMI will now get developed more aggressively by Denarius Metals.

I am very relaxed holding these shares for the long term. They are significantly undervalued at 2.85p,the deal values the company at more than double the current share price, more than 8p to be precise.

In due course the shares will rerate.

From here onwards the shares have very limited downsize with a massive upside potential.

It would be brilliant if the share price rerates this week but i feel strongly that the shares will do very well over the next few years now that the deal has been approved.Like yourself i was also a little bit concerned when the company issued another rns on the 21/12/2022.

Europa Metals have done a lot of work on it's 100% owned subsidiary EMI over many years with limited funding.

Denarius Metals will now take over and develop EMI more aggressively than Europa. The management of Denarius are very ambitious and are backed by Aris Mining (market cap $800m) who own nearly 35% of Denarius Metals.

Under the first option:

For their 51% Denarius will invest a minimum of $1,000,000 per year including work carried out for Mining License Application which is to be submitted by 31/07/2023 and are expected to invest the full $4,000,000 within 3 years.

Under the second option:

Denarius are expected to give Europa Metals another $2,000,000 and complete the PFS.

The Option Agreement enables the Toral Project to be advanced by Denarius to a completed pre-feasibility study stage without the Company having to raise further capital for Toral.

As the management of Denarius develop EMI the remaining 20% holding in EMI which Europa Metals will hold could eventually be worth a considerable amount.

The shares are way oversold and could rise many fold over the next few years.

25% turnout looks like no one really cares.
Management have never engaged with share holder so shareholders are not engaging with management
