afraid, this will be the end investment and trading for me. I cant afford to play this 'game' anymore, if this goes down I have lost quite a fortune.

I'd like to hope what you have stated, that there is a way out. I am just so down at the moment that I cant think positive. When a share is suspended is suggest something dire.

We have no choice but to wait, and I will resign myself in accepting that investment will be worth zero.

Its like been hit with a tonne of bricks. Completely taken aback.

Reread the RNS ...'Board belives business unsustainable' and I guess they should know. Glad they are reviewing the options though....maybe should have done so earlier!

Why should alternative lending facilties be such a massive problem, if ELH are actually on the mend. If they can show moving back to profit forecasts then I would hope this would be possible.

The main issue is proving this fact - the merger being called off in 'due diligance' could be due to a skeleton or two - ie ELH not on the mend.

Phillips agreement not due to end until next year - so is this an issue as to ELHs viability now or not?

Guess we need to hope that extra funding can be procured along with a replacement for Phillips asap.

Thoughts?

chiansaw, unless the management can perform a miracle (seek alternative lenders) I am resigned to losing my investment.... its quite sizeable...very very gutted...

philips have a lot to answer for.... they've ruined a company that was on the mend.

Would hope that with current NAV IF Elh stop trading that could get cash back -thought NAV at 2p ish - dependent on how stock is viewed, so might not be all bad news.
