People need to listen to what is said in the interviews and read the RNSs ... no need to go back to 2016, the latest will do!

DS has stated twice in his recent interviews that SinoSteel has an obligation to have the plant at Full Production by the end of 2020. He further says in the interview that he has had previous experience of working with SinoSteel and that they would deliver on time and on budget.

Regarding the coming 6months. I believe that the subcontracted $50m will be triggered soon.

In the Interview CS say @1:00
... ''we are carrying out tasks that are stipulated by the EPC which are going to be our responsibility as opposed to SinoSteel's, and basically that work is part of a $50m subcontract from SinoSteel back to TGK (Eurasia's Subsiduary holding the license).. and we are carring out the necessary preparatory works for the development of the mine...''

Question @ 1:25min: What are some of the works that needs doing to trigger some of this financing ?
...'' well the main think of course is have the site ready for mining, so it means preparying the infrastructure...we are currently working on the land survey which was mentioned in the press release ... and there are other works to be commenced coming up now in the next 6 months, and its really quite exciting because we are basically finalising the plans for the development of the SinoSteel contract on the project ....''

Question @ 3:00min: So you have a quite an active and exciting 6months ahead for you?
...''absolutely, its a key event for us on a project that really will add a lot of value to the company''

NOTE: -- When CS says in the interview at around 1:25min ...'we are currently working on the land survey which was mentioned in the press release..' in fact this is NOW READY as stated in the latest RNS:

RNS @ 13 August 2019 - Monchetundra Update Sinosteel EPC H1 2019
- The Detailed Project Design Report (including open pit design, detailed land survey of the two open pit sites, etc.), the preparation of which was contracted to Central Kola Expedition (CKE) IS NOW READY

There is no way the plant can be up and running by the end of 2020.

Was it not stated that there are 6 to 12 months of work before the EPC would even start?

CS said 6 to 9 months. But, there is a caveat in the EPC as stated in their Oct 2016 RNS that the $50m must be drawn down within 36 months, i.e. just a couple of months or so.

I have asked the company to clarify, but they won't.

Investors are moving onto easier money simply because nothing much is going to happen here anytime soon if we're to take what the board is saying at face value.

WK is chugging away "satisfactorily", but it looks like we won't get any production figures until the end of the season.

MT is happening slowly and we won't get paid for at least 6-9 months.

With nothing else happening, there's easier money to be made elsewhere.

I just can't believe that only members of this board seem to be aware of the potential here! Why aren't Optiva clients hanging in ? They're aware of the 2.8p target - too many questions...

Russ - he's an experienced miner and has a good sense of humour. He's doing his best to keep us calm and informed, albeit in a cryptic manner which makes it all the more interesting

I wouldn't want to see STP developed if it requires *any* cash from EUA equity issuance. We have WK and MT to keep us busy, and raising $5m at the current market cap would be madness. If someone comes along offering $5M in return for 50% of revenues then fine!

If an NDA is in place I don't think it would be only for the nickel... more likely a T/O offer (or JV) for MT itelf, whether it includes the flanks or other potential projects in the locality is another question.

DS has pointed out a number of times his track record of proving up and selling on projects at a premium. The closer they get to production the higher the expected offer has to be by the interested party, so I can't believe that EUA have not been getting offers before now.

The question for EUA would be that the offer realised now reflects the potential of the asset without actually spending the next 16 months bringing MT into production. DS has made it clear that SinoSteel has an obligation to be at full production by the end of 2020.

They're very confident of what's happening at eurasia, just restricted in what they can say.

We'll do very well here, just rome wasn't built in a day!.

The historical data of MT should be enough to be confident, even more so with sinosteel on board!!
A NDA may well be in place for the nickel, it would make perfect sense, what the terms are is anybody's guess.

My honest opinion is to buy whatever you can while the price remains stupidly cheap

Possible options;

1-NDA, may be Eua is planning to sell WK

2nd- requirement by banks to provide financing to subcontractor for second washer plant

I disagree if you watch the latest interview with CS he comes across confident with out hesitation to any of the questions, I'm sure he knows exactly what's going on at EUA.
Very positive IMO.
