19/7/2019 10:37 | Just ignore RussiaGuru. His agenda, as a declared non holder, is to work to get the price lower by spreading doubt and fear. | dr darkstar
19/7/2019 08:27 | Can sell 2m max - there's still an appetite then. Someone's definitely accumulating on the sly! | pennstreet
19/7/2019 05:17 | Nickel going great, even copper rising now, and pt edging to $860 Happy days. | excellance
19/7/2019 04:17 | Red rook Thank you So Russianguru, it seems you were wrong in your statement, and in fact the opposite is true: BOD has kept accumulating shares, which in itself predicts where the shares will go long turn: to the moon GLA | book5
18/7/2019 22:38 | The options granted, which have an expiry date of 2 Nov 2022, have not been exercised yet. When they are exercised there will be an RNS. Further, the granting of options does not mean that the BOD are awarded free shares. If they are excercised they will have to PAY for the options at the excercise price ... in this case the tranche of options awarded can be excercised @ .42p, @ 0.6p and @ 0.9p . This is money that will go into EUA's coffers. The rest of the RNS details the BOD's preference for shares in lieu of wages, which shows their commitment and confidence in the future of EUA. In contrast to a lot of other AIM companies where BODs award themselves massive salaries and have minimal share holdings! On 2 November 2018, CS received 5,060,000 ordinary shares in lieu of accrued directors fees, bringing his total holding to 81,069,517 or 3.43 % of issued share capital On 24 June 2019, CS received 8,500,000 ordinary shares in lieu of £42,900 accrued directors fees, bringing his total holding to 89,569,517 ordinary shares or 3.60 % of issued share capital. So he has not sold down anything. Nor have any of the BOD. | red rook
18/7/2019 21:58 | Russianguru You are right about the options were given 18 days before MT permission news At the 20 of November spike Few hundred million shares were sold on that day. Are you suggesting directors sold shares / options (?)on the 20th Nov? Could they do it without declaring it to the market? | book5
18/7/2019 20:52 | Options before 22nd nov | russiaguru
18/7/2019 20:27 | Platinum US$852 mid price. Nice......keep on going baby ! Release of WK results so far are going to be timed to perfection !!! | snowman100

18/7/2019 19:55 | Russianguru Could you give the links to the you rns you are referring too? Are would like to check your claim | book5
18/7/2019 19:18 | Snow - usual sunshine and rainbows, quite worrying they haven't finalised such an important document with 4 months remaining to deadline. After 7 months of dithering and the previous 7 months of waiting for approval they could have drafted the document last year. Poor management either way, Cs drinking champagne off his options sold in the Mt spike last year, remember options just before news. Wonder if the zombies in the other 20% of Mt will raise any concerns as we have no information about them apart they will not paying a cent for the construction. I was hoping they would be firing a rocket up eua backside to get this all sorted, for free of course. | russiaguru
18/7/2019 17:30 | Thanks for this. It was likely to be Keith Byrne on the phone. All sounding very positive. | buzzarn
18/7/2019 16:42 | Snowman Many Thanks for your last post , it is very helpful ; specially given the negativity from some posters I will keep adding Regards B. | book5
18/7/2019 16:34 | snowy - thanks for taking the trouble to post that most helpful piece of information. | charles clore
18/7/2019 16:07 | Just spoke with EUA on phone (think it was CS, sounded just like him anyway) the detailed report does have to actually be approved by Russian Authorities (on top of it being submitted to them)within a year of licence being granted. However, they are very pleased with progress and report being finalised now. He said the authority approving it moves a lot quicker than the mine permitting authorities....they are slightly different. He has no worries on that score. He also said the plan is to release WK news BEFORE end of mining season and they will be ramping up the news flow. I suppose they have to be a bit cautious and vague but sounded very upbeat and gave assurances everything going well. GLA !!! | snowman100
18/7/2019 16:05 | LS I like your post, Thanks B | book5
18/7/2019 14:54 | Gold was US$1276 in mid May ........ now US$ 1417 ! ...... SMT tailings looking very tastier and tastier ! ..... can't see gold stopping it's upward trajectory anytime soon !! ...... Will be very profitable !!! | snowman100
18/7/2019 14:48 | Monty is happening .....there is absolutely no question!!!!!! | snowman100
18/7/2019 14:47 | Will soon have two mines actually producing and both eminently scaleable assets !! Then the only disbelief would be in the magnitude of the meteoric share price rise !!! | snowman100
18/7/2019 14:28 | WOOSTER - I agree the immediate effect if MT collapsed would be disbelief and a drop in share price back to 0.3p but imho that is somewhat unlikely. After that, the market would focus on the WK and realise that actually, EUA has an already producing and eminently scaleable asset worth investing in. | charles clore
18/7/2019 14:18 | charles - whilst i agree with you that there is nothing in the share price for MT, the price would no doubt collapse if bad news emerged (that is simply the market we are in...dire!!) | wooster4
18/7/2019 12:48 | Well done for asking. I expect we would all like to know the answer to that so would appreciate if you would share the answer when it arrives.. | charles clore
18/7/2019 12:26 | Because all those who missed out did not buy on the open market when the price went south straight after the placing... I have asked the company for an explanation as to why they did a placing instead of drawing down from the SS money. They said they will, but they haven't replied... yet... | abrahe00 |
