25/7/2019 15:29 | book - I never meant to imply that I was referring to you. Sorry. | charles clore
25/7/2019 15:00 | abra CS said what is the main job eua needs to do in order to invoice the $50 million: It is to excavate dozens and dozens (??) of metres from the surface to where the rich ore is. This is a big job worth around $30 million, it involves excavation with explosives which are not cheap. So that is the main milestone. But this is not the only job, there are other smaller delieverables I don't think they will start with this deliverable till 6 months before operations start, they will probably do a pit first, then the second pit while mine is in operation I said this before, but I don't mind to remind it to you. Question is why don't put this in writing to make it perfectly clear, and only rely on an interview? I put your question to DS but he did not bother to answer!! no good | book5
25/7/2019 14:59 | AB, We can take their money now, it's on the table, but the instant we do its binding. Watch the DS podcast again... | excellance
25/7/2019 14:55 | Ex, I think you're confusing project plans with Milestone plans. The milestones I'm interested in are the points at which we receive money from SInosteel. I am NOT interested in a high level gantt chart, drawn by a 10 year old. | abrahe00
25/7/2019 14:43 | In this stage, pre development, one thing leads to another, one thing is dependent on another, and yes work is progressing towards conclusion. As work progresses, and we do have a time line, we require our chosen contractor to deliver on time, submit the paperwork, and all parties to be in agreement that we can move to next stage. The next stage will be project managed by a single entity who will report back on milestones as set out. We are still broadly on track, why even suggest we are not? | excellance
25/7/2019 14:26 | @amont: I'm neither that vain nor that stupid. Look at GGP management by comparison. They signed a deal with Newcrest for almost a third of EUA's EPC with Sinosteel. For their $65m they have outlined a clear timetable and deliverables for the next 7 years. So, as an investor, I can make a call on where I see things heading and at what point I may want to cash out. Compare that to EUA... For 9 months now we're being told that everything is hunkey dorey and yet they have declined to present any milestones for MT. Given that the mining season in Russia is very short and they are still aiming at production in 2020, surely they must have a detailed plan of what needs to be done, how it's going to be funded and when investors can see some return on their investment. So, this leads to me to believe that EUA management are either a) lying, or b) are a bunch of cowboys. AIMHO... DYOR... | abrahe00
25/7/2019 14:19 | you guys remind me of the last Rambo film where he said to a group of soldiers about going to fight. "Any of you boys want to shoot, now's the time. There isn't one of us that doesn't want to be someplace else. But this is what we do, who we are. Live for nothing, or die for something. Your call." - EUA investors 2019 | russiaguru
25/7/2019 14:02 | CC - you are wrong about me, I say it as I see it Exc, I hope you are right and that is the main reason, a buyer does not want Sinosteel to get involved death of glory for me | book5
25/7/2019 13:53 | There is also the question of the cloak of confidentiality. | excellance
25/7/2019 12:46 | AbraheSo because the company won't tell you the information you ask for then it is clearly being secretive. It's my understanding that the company issues the information they want to issue, unless it is price sensitive and then they must issue it.They dont need issue information just because a possible shareholder asks for it.I prefer to let them run the company. | amont92051
25/7/2019 12:44 | There are people on this thread whose apparent sole aim in life is to cast doubt on the incredible assets that are Monchetundra and West Kytlym. Their purpose, in view of the fact they are still trolling this thread, must be to destroy confidence of weak holders, convincing them to sell and buy up their stock. I have no doubt they would greedily take advantage of a lower share price (as would I). :-) | charles clore
25/7/2019 12:25 | ek - do or die attitude, sure like risk, must be a base jumper If only eua's bod were the same, MT would be under construction right now, WK proposals submitted and mining numbers released on a monthly basis. | russiaguru
25/7/2019 12:22 | i think nothing much is happening to MT, never mind what they have signed with sinosteel, for some reason as Exc is saying they have not executed the contract with them otherwise will be shouting from the roofs I am basing my thinking on the poor share price performance I recently asked for coordinates of pits to have a look in google, they are not given to me even that.... | book5
25/7/2019 12:21 | EK Same as. | driver101
25/7/2019 12:13 | @amont: that's the whole point. The company are being very secretive and won't even publish any milestones from the EPC. When I asked them directly, they fobbed me off with a vague answer. If it's bullet proof and they are entitled to the $50m, I think we ought to be told what the criteria are. | abrahe00
25/7/2019 11:40 | driver some/many will not hold shares for a long time, they keep moving them | book5
25/7/2019 11:05 | book 40m is not enough for EK ? Unless he sold some down. | driver101
25/7/2019 10:26 | Sub 40 today? I hope so - but talking about the temperature ... :) | user2007
25/7/2019 10:13 | Eku regarding adding more..... I am just curious, I thought you have plenty of these Do you think it is wise to add more?? In my case I think I am holding plenty, I believe it will not go below 0.28 p, if lower than that then my loses will be more than I have allowed for as worse case scenario I don't think I will be adding more unless this moves north. Each one to his own decision..... Regards B. | book5
25/7/2019 09:49 | Abrahe Could you point me to the evidence that "the EPC with Sinosteel is 'clearly' not as binding as the company would have us believe" as I am having problems finding any? Perhaps you have a copy of the EPC document you could share | amont92051
25/7/2019 09:22 | The EPC with Sinosteel is clearly not as binding as the company would have us believe. | abrahe00
25/7/2019 09:12 | It's a concern. At the current price EUA has a market cap of about £12M. It seems off that Sinosteel will provide £50M of funding but is not a major shareholder. | ekuuleus
25/7/2019 08:48 | Sino can be a production partner or purchaser I don't mind. | charles clore |
