Someone has sold a large proportion of their holdings and can now afford to talk the share price down 😢 but the Frankfurt market was up nearly 10%

MGellie,

I agree. UBS and the lawyers are still on the scene. Why retain them if the decision has been made to go ahead on a JV mine development basis with the Japanese has been finalised.

Further, we had news of multiple non-binding offers in Jan - the latest developments with Rosgeo and now Japan would not have been worked up between Jan and now in my mind, so in the making for much longer. So I think we are still working at turning non-binding into binding

I think you could say that a lot of those looking for a quick buck may have moved on already! It's not been quick but we were never promised quick. Whatever happens on Monday there will be those, me included, who will look to load up more as the demand for what we have grows stronger. I note the snippet given away of a $21 billion revenue Japanese org - to date nothing has been given away by EUA as under NDA within FSP - literally no clue has been given to those involved. This again then is outside of the FSP in my mind. Ticking boxes for a sale.

A sensible strategy IMO Underhill2 and respect from me. The "100% Club" scares me with people willing to put everything they have on one share. You have taken a pragmatic and sensible approach. Bank profits and run the rest as a free-ride.

I only started posting on EUA when I was horrified by the ramping and encouraging of newbies to buy at prices over 35p a number of months ago and posted to balance the scorecard. It kind of escalated but recent events have made me decide to take it a lot less seriously.

If those PGM resources do actually exist in an economically viable form in MT (and I have no proof that they either do exist or do not exist) then you may well be right and EUA or whatever form it evolves into will be huge because, yes, the world needs more PGM's.

None of these questions would have to be asked if there were a DFS for MT. Therefore, why has a DFS not been done for MT? The absence of a DFS means your strategy is the right one. If there were a DFS I would agree that you should "hold for gold".

I now believe that the FSP will be abandoned as an acceptable binding offer has not been received. Joint ventures appear now to be the strategy of EUA. We all know that the assets of EUA are huge. I have derisked 50% of my holdings here and have banked large profits. This has now become for me a medium/long term holding where I have no doubt the real value will be seen here. Yes - I expect to see heavy selling pressure tomorrow as those investors looking for a quick buck are disappointed. The real investors here will continue to hold for the big rewards which we will see here over the next few years. In my opinion EUA will become a huge FTSE company in a few years if not before

EUA are just flexing their muscle , a way of saying put up or shut up. They have not said a rights issue is imminent as they have decided to go alone. They want to be ready to seize the opportunity and show they have another option available should a right offer does not come their way.

The Friday RNS tells us that both are still possible.

The Rosgeo JV is a game changer, because it gives a green light to the Asain investors who have been waiting and watching.

We can't allow the FSP to stop us developing MT, so now we are getting protocols in order so we can move ahead, but that doesn't mean that the FSP is over, far from it, it demonstrates that a sale is not the only option, strengthens our hand, adds value, and is a master stroke.

Milste - break a habit of a life time. Tell us if you think the whole lot will be sold outright, OR the project will be developed in-house?

"Look I do not know what will happen but certainly nobody will be buying on Monday with the uncertainty and a lot will be selling."

You are certain of this?

I will be buying.
