So they are essentially admitting the FSP has failed without formally terminating it? Surely the Takeover Panel has to step in? Strip out all the guff and they are calling an EGM to get permission to dilute so they can do more can-kicking, which would be completely unecessary were they actually about to conclude a sale for anything close to the current mcap.

The EGM is about voting thru approvals opening the door. It gives us more options and puts the pressure on others to get their finger out, but right now the Japanese are in pole position, until they are not.

Looks to me that they've managed to secure massive funding from Japan to develop MT and other open pits concurrently.

It also strengthens their hand.

No details yet, but extremely positive and nobody expected a Japan link.

Well, we’ll. EUA certainly taking a liking to their “Something for the weekend, sir (madam)?” RNSs!

I guess the key sentence is: ‘The Directors are confident that the ability to allot securities and demonstrate a capacity to develop the Kola PGM and battery metals district independently of other strategic options available to the Company benefits the Company and its Shareholders by improving Eurasia's negotiating position.’

Looks pretty good to me.
