If it turns out to be a head n shoulders it should still bounce at about 30 to about 38, so there is still opportunity, and news of a trade could come out during that period.

However, it may not be a head and shoulders.

If you own 10m actual shares, but want to acquire more, do you want to pay a higher price or a lower one?

as soon as the share price dips a bit and people get impatient the bb deteriorates. There's enough real problems out there, we don't really need animosity on bulletin boards adding to it because there's no final outcome yet.

Read my post. I said I topped up at 40 .Not bought in. At that point there was no head and shoulders forming. I thought that there would be news coming and a rise imminent . My mistake . Once on the downturn it's become apparent a h and s is completing unless news is released

What many impatient 'deriskers' here don't seem to realise is this isn't like most other shares. Once a bi d is tabled the price will immediately readjust to that price. And if there is more than one bidder it will rise again in anticipation of a counter offer. I'm holding for the endgame because I know this is worth multiples of the current price.

If some investors started off with millions of shares they acquired for a few pennies, then sold lumps at 30p+ they have derisked?

If the price drops and they play some of that profit into the share again, nothing wrong with that?

Far better than the effect spread betting and leveraged deals have in distorting AIM.

The fall is exactly in line with previous waves, so no reason to think that the next leg up won't be to 50p+

The big boys are in control, and we have to try and hang on despite the negativity and uncomfortable down cycles.

I am happy to trade the waves a bit by going overweight or underweight but always keeping a core.

I am largely derisked now, taken a load of profit, so I can sleep easy at night.

Another 7% handed back today.

The bears have us in their jaws and giving us a serious shaking.

Sub 30 a definite possibility.

We are entering Xmas week and no deal yet. Will we get a last minute deal or will we still be here at easter?

Bulls taking profit for Xmas goodies, the bears do seem to be on top at the moment.

Head n shoulders?

I don't think it's a classic head and shoulders like ALTN have had this year, and in all honesty who can say what path we'll take, but months of silence play into the hands of some and not others.

This week I have added a few, but if it drops to 28p I will happily go in large, in fact I'll go in large at 30p

I'm long here. In fact I topped up 15300 shares over 40 p. My mistake. But I wait for the opp to top up again. But you must see what's staring you in the eyes without sending me to the Great Barrier Reef. Btw. I'm no chartist. But isn't it clear
