78steve - nobody knows the answer to your question. However it would seem unlikely that the idea would have got off the ground without a) EUA being willing to sell and b) enough interest and enthusiasm coming from the sector. When you get players like Dmitri Suschov and Alexei Chukarov expressing a wish to sell, backed by 2 of the world's most important banks who are pulling together parties from within the PGM mining sector willing to participate in 'talks', you have to ask yourself this question: would such people waste their time on a pointless exercise that is not likely to bear fruit? I don't think so myself but I could be wrong. I suspect that the idea has been gathering legs for at least 6 months before we heard about it. The very fact that it is happening means a positive outcome is expected. I think we could see an outcome before xmas. DYOR etc.

Quite true. I had a look at some trades from early today to now and its showed that at least 20% who bought this morning sold out this afternoon. There are lots of small investors day trading.
