To be fair I like altn and have a few, but for me it's a long term play. Today's move is simply recovery from DB selling their 50m shares due to harmonisation, but longer term news from altn should be positive.

Today is still all about Eurasia and will be until end game, then I'll have to find another hobby.

Ekuuleus, I think they were claimimg closer to 60 tonnes co2 saving per ev car over its lifetime. Still suspicious as most ev manufacturers compare efficiency of electricity vs petrol /deisel and forget to mention that half of our electricity is generated by gas turbine stations which only have 38% efficiency themselves before further transmission losses. I suspect the co2 savings of an electric car incuding the co2 footprint of mining the battery raw materials and manufacture process is currently zero. It seems the government, advertising standards bodies and the public are easily fooled.

life is 120 000 miles.

Fuel slightly lighter than water.
Ignore hydrogen.
240 tanks x 40kg = 9600kg call it 10tons
C12 O16 => 44 multiple x3.9 call it 4

Life of car I get 40 tons co2. That article isn't total emissions it's the saving so about 25 % is saving so I get 10tonnes co2

Not 270 million tonnes.

Reverse calculation. 270m tonnes divided by 100000 mile life of car is 2700 tonnes per mile.

I think some news have leaked
I cannot think Eua is going to be ignored today there!

I must say the market makers have played this very well, coaxing stock from weak hands at every opportunity. Some who sold at a penny or two will be weeping at today's price just as today's sellers will probably be astonished at the price in 3 weeks time. For those of us who can hold our nerve the reward will be unbelievable imho.
