It wasn't that long ago since we were hoping that the share price would hold above 0.5p

If an initial bid of 10p came in I would hope it would be laughed out of the boardroom by the EUA bigwigs

Looks like my 3.5p target for today is a realistic one! Was hoping for more, but it's struggling

Hold - this is like being in early on MSFT or similar.
You don't get too many chances like this per lifetime!

That would pay off my mortgage, credit card and loan.
personally, I don't see 10p as the limit.

Happy days!

4p will be surpassed this week IMHO.

dubjon - had a bit of an urge myself to topslice a week or so back but managed to quickly overcome it. I find it's much easier to resist if you try and imagine how you would feel if Norilsk came up with an opening bid of 10p - not impossible imho, which would probably be swiftly rejected leaving no doubt that MT won't be sold for peanuts.

Buying pressure has been relentless since the rise started.
Part 2 of the rise has begun.
Sitting on my hands to help resist the selling urge.

I'm waiting on an RNS spilling the beans about who has been buying up all these shares sold by weak hands.

78Steve,

It most certainly is. You have to look right back to 2006-2008 to see comparable prices and resistance points. The 5.5p mentioned looks like its a possible pivot point right back to 2006. They didn't have significant reserves and a ML back in those days, but somewhat less shares. Now that the company has major reserves of Pd eqv and upside that's in a different league to most AIM companies it should be trading at around 10-12p per share pre M&A. That would be just half of what SOU and UKOG for example achieved and they certainly don't have world class reserves. What I would say from my reading of the long term chart, there's multiple potential pivot points in the high 4's and more in the high 6's. I don't see many at 5.5p to be honest. Not that it matters very much anyway, if one of these large miners in talks makes a move small pennies resistance in the long term chart will be meaningless, resistance is futile.

Regards,
Ed.

have to say I'm impressed with the way buyers are getting in with some hefty buys, waiting for weak hands to offload for a meagre profit and then hoovering up. And they could probably keep doing that until the next definitive news.

Totally agree morning star. Batteries are tricky to recycle. Cheaper mining new raw material apparently.

In addition to the power losses you mentioned, rectification and voltage change at best about 93% efficient then inverter from battery to motor about 90%.

It'll produce more co2. Extra pit stops for recharging will add another percent on as well. I'd imagine the motorway services charge a large premium for electricity.

There is one very important improvement. It moves a lot of pollution from city centres. It is air quality that imho the driving (!) force.
