I doubt Sinosteel cash will be in stages, it's simply payment on completion of the contract which reimburses us for past work and pre mining site prep, but the cash comes via the new MT mining company from the loan arranged by ss, and it won't be paid til their happy all the work is done and ss can take control of the site for development.

What would you say it was estrange in August video:
- it seems JCV is going to load the vehicle with both overburden and rich ore. This can�t happen! They will never put overburden mixed with rich ore because this will drop the efficiency of washer plant
- what they do not show: the washing plant in operation in all its details showing the feeding conveyor and the output conveyor

So all was fake.....nothing was working at that stage a part of the vehicles of course
