10/10/2019 07:54 | Do I see some interest before the bell? No, just a market maker signing on late. | charles clore
10/10/2019 07:51 | Tech You may be right for WK WK could be sold after reserves are approved, Or May be we sell it earlier, and get a royalty so we benefit if profits go up well above projections? | book5
10/10/2019 07:44 | Block - 0p as EUA sold. I’ve posted the reasons why and I don’t see anything to change my view. Cheers | thechinaman1
10/10/2019 07:41 | Block Broker valuation 2.8p to 5p Since then we got flanks at Wk And other flanks/mining applications for MT and close to WK | book5
10/10/2019 07:38 | WK , without a contractor we will need a substantial investment to develop it into 5 washer plants (750 kg per year), even 2 plants will require a substantial amount well above our capabilities. So for WK, without a contractor, we most probably need a partner | book5
10/10/2019 07:35 | What was your share price forecast? | block4gooner
10/10/2019 07:29 | Still confident I’ll get my coconut! TC | thechinaman1
10/10/2019 05:01 | Either we 🚀 or we can’t proof yet that our deposits area commercially viable WK is not so damaging, we may loose say 200k per washer plant per year of poor production MT, due massive investment for our market cap , if there doubts in its return it is a no started. But agree market can’t ignore MT deposit at current Pd price , this means , it will receive plenty of attention before final judgment We should know soon what Lesego, and other players decide in regards chipping in at a premium, I believe it is a matter of days/ few-weeks GLA | book5
10/10/2019 03:33 | Well, CS has gone quiet...no response from my email. Maybe he's busy, or maybe he has his tongue tied? | excellance
10/10/2019 01:26 | PS That's pawn, not porn .. It's a chess move .. before some readers get too excited | cudgietoo
10/10/2019 01:16 | Palladium price trend three years to the day since SS arrangement .. Does anyone think they will not still be interested? Or even interested in taking an interest?! Surely we must be on the radar of "majors", and Lesego is a pawn advance? Interesting times | cudgietoo
09/10/2019 16:58 | Ss money to land ? first we need approval of mining plan, it could take some months more | book5
09/10/2019 14:56 | IMO we face the prospect this month of either:* The SS money drops - in which case the share price will be at 2p within an hourOr* We get news of a discounted share placing for say £500k at 0.4p - or less likely a buy-in by Lesego at a possibly higher proce. Remember that the SS contract is with TKG, so there should be no objection from SS to EUA raising equity, that's EUA's business.Let's see. | cyberbub
09/10/2019 14:51 | CC okay thanks | cool hand kev
09/10/2019 14:24 | Ek The keep control interest? yes But that does not change the fact they are accepting shares in payment of wages | book5
09/10/2019 14:20 | cool - only at night for a few days. Ek - with your level of cynicism I'm surprised you are a holder! | charles clore
09/10/2019 14:20 | book5, Thats the long con. The shares aren't costing new money but it means you retain a controlling interest. The object is to keep the controlling interest but the rest in PI. This is necessary to rinse repeat the dilutions. | ekuuleus
09/10/2019 14:16 | WK is proceeding satisfactory so expect ballpark 100kg PGM by mid November. Someone said that it was getting cold next week -9deg C? | cool hand kev
09/10/2019 14:15 | A joint venture could involve anything, and does not necessarily include shares swap. It could involve sharing technology and acquired experience, sharing costs (of technology, people ), etc | book5
09/10/2019 14:05 | Russianguru Only logic explanation I find is that Eua needs cash pronto, not much cash, say btw 200k to 300k. MT paper work : it could easily take another 6 months to arrive. So options to rise cash are: go to the market with 30% discount, or directly to an investor that wants to participate at a premium Selling shares to Lesego is the same that selling shares to the broker’s clients; so that does not affect our deal with sinosteel. I am sure Sinosteel has also been offered to buy shares and they rejected | book5
09/10/2019 13:52 | Eku they could have asked cash to brokers to pay their wages, still they want shares | book5
09/10/2019 13:49 | Positives are: - directors own shares Nope, that's irrelevant because they maintain their share percentage by awarding free shares, warrants and where they do buy shares, they are both discounted and not actually new money - it's covered by money that they have been paid. | ekuuleus
09/10/2019 13:47 | book - no i am not saying they are but then why is lesego looking at MT, now the EPC is just for the build so no real issue there but if lesego was to buy a percentage of EUA would that invalidate the contract and require renegotiation. I am totally confused by lesego | russiaguru |
