30/9/2019 07:39 | Agree with you red rook, that is my hope also a bidding process begins and EUA is bought out lock stock. I fear any reverse into another company JV or share split as they invariably do not favour the PI, fear we would be in for a shafting in that type of scenario. | thebeastofbodmin
30/9/2019 04:52 | Thanks Exc Pd about to go above 1700! Imho EUA must be interested to headhunt at least one of Lesogo executives, and attract new financing/partners to develop MT in better conditions now that the 36 months expires MT projected profits is the best catalyst we have in the negotiations GLA it seems we are getting closer | book5
30/9/2019 02:31 | LESEGO PLATINUM @ look at company structure ... Heaven-Sent Capital @ ... a private Chinese equity fund ... specialized in professional services of mergers & acquisitions (‘M&A&rsqu I would like to think that the introduction of Lessego into the equation is an attempt by EUA to get a competitive bidding process going ... making even bigger players like Nornickel to come off the sidelines. That would be the smart thing for EUA to do! I cannot believe that Nornickel would sit back and let MT, which is right on their doorstep, to be snapped up by the Chinese ... especially with MT's huge upside potential yet to come. Either way, I would hope that any deals done comes AFTER the Sinosteel EPC has been triggered, and the plant construction is well under way ... sometime after the 1st quarter of 2020. IMHO. | red rook
29/9/2019 23:09 | 36 months from the date of the RNS below...10 October, sorry not 31 October as posted earlier... Monday 10 October 2016 The contract provides for a schedule of payments commencing within 36 months. This period is to allow for the obligatory steps within the Russian mine permitting system. | excellance

29/9/2019 22:12 | i think the complex deal involves several entities putting offers on the table for all Eurasia assets, most of which are still confidential. I think that lesego are after the cash that sinosteel will soon be paying eurasia, and they want a london listing. so i think a deal will be made to reverse into eurasia which will give them what they want and us a share of their 50m asset and the cash to help develop it. it also means we consolidate the shares to reflect the new company. non core assets will be sold off to private buyers, ie WK and STP to interested parties. all pure speculation of course, on this wet sunday night. | excellance
29/9/2019 21:36 | "Lesego Platinum are currently assessing data for both Monchetundra & West Kytlim projects to consider potential partial acquisition of Eurasia's subsidiaries and JV opportunities." However hard I try, I just can't see the logic of encouraging a partial acquisition at this stage. The real value add for shareholders is when WK are producing with several wash plants and when Mochetundra is is production. Any partial acquisition price at this stage is highly unlikely to represent the true value of the assets. We have already seen what the partial acquisition (7%) of WK did for Eurasia - absolutely nothing for the share price, but did provide from memory about $350k. That would have valued WK at $5M. Peanuts. Another 'good' deal like that isn't what shareholders need. | mostyn

29/9/2019 21:05 | I wonder how lesego pt got involved? Eurasia are obviously entertaining and encouraging lesego but to what end? Eurasia stated 25% of deloan was transferred to AC to motivate him and ensure no further dilution, and this appears to be extremely generous of DS, but surely he will get something in return? My guess is DS or AC or both, will end up with lesego shares and maybe seats on the board if a deal is done which seems likely, but what will the deal look like if it happens? Have lesego got any cash, or do they need cash? The dominoes may well start falling as a complex chain of deals are agreed, and it is likely to need finalising by October 31st when the Sinosteel.36 months is up...unless it gets extended. Loads going on, so let's hope someone is looking after Eurasia shareholders interests. | excellance

29/9/2019 20:38 | Eurasia on twitter regarding Lesego: Eurasia Mining@eurasiamining · 3m #EUA 𝐋𝐞 ◽️ #EUA reminds shareholder of the recent update ◽️ Lesego Platinum are currently assessing data for both Monchetundra & West Kytlim projects to consider potential partial acquisition of Eurasia's subsidiaries and JV opportunities hxxps://buff.ly/2Lxj I think investors see partial acquisition as a negative. Any partial acquisition makes the company less attractive to a predator, and the acquisition price almost never translates into a valuation for the whole which is then reflected in the share price. | mostyn
