the problem is, they wont want to give their own money away, but they probably do want to raise cash for their south african mine development, so a RTO makes sense and allows them to float a boat load of shares in london to raise billions of pounds!

the combines entity could be a monster mining company.

pt up $12
pd up $40

It's a proper quandary innit?

The last several RNS releases referred shareholders to "social media" outlets
.. and WK was tickety-boo until 55Kg got a mention

IF that's our cut, we are in clover. If not, we're in trouble

Interim report due this week . Fasten seat belts there may be a jolt..
Up or down?

Palladium tipped to reach over $2000.00 per Troy oz. by year end.

That would bump it up to $64,000 US Dollars or £51,321 a kilo (triple the 2016 value)!

Nice.

Palladium is now £42,000 a kilo; in September 2016 (ie around the time the Sinosteel contract was drawn up) Palladium was £17,000 a kilo. Go figure.

All to play for.

I hope you are right and nothing is wrong with WK grades / reserves.

We will know soon when the authorities approve the reserves, and the market makes its so pronouncement.

Anyone think perhaps the contractor simply went bust? New plant, overstretched financially, underperformed at WK - could have just been too much for them.

'Revenue for the year-ended 31 December 2018 was £2,573,329 (2017: £183,998).'

'Run of mine risks
The Group relies on a contractor to perform mining operations for a share of revenue. Contractor performance including noncompliance with agreed mining and production schedules, machinery break down and others risks have significant impact on the Group's performance. The directors believe these risks have been considerably mitigated by the appointment of a contractor to the West Kytlim Mine in January 2018 operating brand-new Komatsu equipment and a new processing plant. These risks are also mitigated by the Contractors direct commercial interest in the projects effective and efficient management.'

Even if contractor bailed out or sacked.....at least machinery sounds up to the task...still virtually brand new.

'Furthermore, a new strategy for reserves approvals has been adopted by the Company going forward.'

Even though it goes on to mention WK specifically, if it is the companies new strategy going forward....suggests it will also apply to MT reserves.....why shouldn't they go for more intensive drilling at MT and go for C1....it's open pit so drilling not that deep?

'CKE has also prepared a work proposal for trial mining locations, which can commence under Russian legislation on already approved C2 category ore body.'
......Wonder if that will lead to an upgrade?

I don’t think DS gave the 25% of shares away. It was for a nominal consideration.

VENUS GARDEN HOLDINGS LIMITED a company beneficially owned and controlled by Mr. Churakov for a nominal consideration with effect from today. Deloan holds a substantial shareholding in Eurasia.

snowy - the company has always been that way and leopards don't change their spots. The Russian authorities are nothing if not demanding and thorough. When the new reserves statement is approved we will all feel much happier. I am expecting news soon.

“C2's are all in process of upgrade to C1 now”

Above only valid for WK, apparently there is not requirement at For MT

All C2's are all in process of upgrade to C1 now.

C.C........ Haven't given up yet, but growing increasingly annoyed and frustrated in what can only now be construed at constant and DELIBERATE lack of clarity to shareholders.

Desperate measures?

Truth is we don’t know bcs we are kept in the dark. May be at current Pt price WK is worthless ??? Unlikely, but probably worth much less than 50 million broker quoted

I personally think the reason why DS has given part of his MT shares to new guy, are not fully disclosed. Was the WK exploration core results misleading? And as a result DS had to compensate someone if he was the main responsable? Was any sweetener given to contractor so he/she walks away without taking Eua to court?

News coming soon, MT seems to be our main hope till we learnt more about WK objective potential / revaluation. They can’t hide it for much longer

What we need at WK is , for a given pt price, where we need to wash the gravels, and where not to touch them till pt price increases.

New guy has accepted Eua shares, that is good. MT looks good. But my concern is with C2 reserves. We were told we don’t need to upgrade C2 reserves, But the truth is I can’t fully trust the board director that said that.

Before end of month we should have the rns of application for the MT flanks
