Who knows what bids will be triggered by that rns.

Clearly a merger is a possibility, and presumably both sides think it'll be a good fit, but these things usually gravitate around the money.

Who has the money in this?

There's also the question of a London listing, which Eurasia Mining have, abd access to funding.

MT was always going to be run as a separate company from Eurasia Mining, with Eurasia perhaps holding a majority interest and receiving royalties

The Sinosteel EPC seems like a good deal, but there could be better options in the minds of third parties who may want MT for themselves.

Milste says 2.95p and my guess was 3.3p by year end...Probably about right.

Exploration wise, doing well
As promised in 13th of August rns, by end of September we will have a rns regarding Submission MT flanks.
Shareholders love when objectives are met, and are over the moon when they are exceeded

The production guys should take good note of our exploration employees

with the number of subsidiaries, espescially from a Russian perspective, they have many options to screw about.

I dont think they will but they are not forthcoming with clear news

The directors have plenty of equity in EUA so it's in their best interests to get the highest price possible

CC,

If it is bought out or JV'd at this stage, it's the buyer that will see the riches you think the shareholders will get.

We know things are happening behind the scenes. Big wheels are turning and knowing the scale of the riches we could soon be very wealthy...but sadly the sellers won't get a share of the spoils.

I've been saying all along that this is being packaged for sale, and now we even know the name of the salesman.

We know the names of interested parties and that due diligence has been done.

DS has offered a bounty to AC to get a deal done.

The debacle at WK may lower the purchase price, but it may also increase PROFIT in future years. It's no good going gung ho if it isn't profitable, so maybe they are taking a more cost effective approach to ensure we get a return.

The morons selling will get a shock one day as this will get sold for multiples of current share price and they will sit around at dinner parties moaning how they missed it! Anyway I'm happy - keep selling please because I'm ready to hoover up!!

I always thought either MT or EUA would be sold and the latest RNS consolidates my opinion.
As someone previously pointed out:-

If the metals background determined the share price we would be much higher.

Yes plenty of investors losing interest (including myself) but I will wait for MT news or start up and hopefully it's not a damp squib like WK has been

I am wAiting and fully loaded of these.

For good or bad.

We all don’t like the 55kg

I would love to see that in the next 4 -6 weeks we make up for the difference. Now we have the 100% of revenue, and potentially a much larger share of the 55kg (if contractor was negligent)

So all exciting but a long road of suffering for shareholders

What is the EUA raison d'être?.If not to raise funds then its only the listing that is of any worth.Look how TSI have off loaded its assets for nothing to change direction. It looks to me that EUA may be changing direction and if not you may become a listed shell.Probably/maybe not the end of EUA but not the millionaire maker many were hoping for..Same old gang same old Aim

Instead of using scare tactics why do people not wait and see what the resource upgrade says.

Based on what happened at MT , You may be right in the sense we may need more coring at MT to bring all to C1 reserves.
If so, we may need new capital, hence looking for news partner

But the truth both deposits are different , so what is needed at WK may not be needed at MT

Nothing has changed since the RNS a few days ago when the share price went up 13%, because there's a couple of sells all the derampers come out together, none of you will be missed with your hand full.

Nearly 100% holding EUA are holding and do have the faith,

OOO it's not goodbye you always come back..

Russ: Faith, I have plenty of. It's trust that is lacking.

I've also been going over the MT reserves estimates and can't help but feel another "hidden" fact in the companies numbers. As you've said yourself before, the ratio of C1 to C2 is pretty poor, so whilst there probably is 2m oz there, it's not that valuable when most of it is in C2 category. If memory serves me right, it's only above 1% of that, which is classified as C1.

Anyhow... I've made up my mind. Although I'm still technically a shareholder as I can't offload the last mil.

Good luck.

eabrahe has a fair point.

I watched the vidoes with CS on the WK production question several times. There are lots of other shares motoring on upwards. This company is always, 'satisfactory this year but it will be great next year'

It influenced me to move a small amount from EUA to other shares.

It's getting old. I'm also reminded that the best share indicator is momentum.

AAZ - pays dividends. ECO - oil discoveries.

More speculative, even EUZ and HZM and ECR are making progress.
