I had over £100k worth a few weeks ago, worth a lot less now, average 36p. Added a couple of times late last week and will add again Thursday. In my opinion we are just days away from the awaited RNS that will take us back to low 50's.

Well I've doubled my holding this morning (that was my 29k) anyway, to average down. New average about 46p.

Cyber bub.... My calcs show they have around $4.5m in cash. Quite enough for where they are going.

They've just said they are fine for cash for this year, unless they need money to fund manufacturing process for large volumes. There certainly wouldn't be any problem finding cash for that use! Also there is still a further £750k to come from 5G IF at some point.

The tech looks great, I guess the question is whether they will need more money in the next few months?

Thanks for that astral. Without doubt we will be having a number of very enjoyable 7.04am surprises over the next few months as this tangled web of suggestions becomes clear. Each RNS will make it clearer that ENET is not just moving past break even (thus derisking us as shareholders) but is also poised for huge growth in the most important next horizon of global communication.

I found a licence for Qualcomm from 2017 that might be part of this process. I cannot do links but have a search for...fierce wireless Qualcomm gets ok to conduct 4.4 to 4.94 ghz 5g tests in San Diego.

Looks like them testing the back haul ideas. Maybe.

I was looking at Qualcomm as dish and Qualcomm announced a strategic partnership for 5g in Nov 20

Just a few notes and thoughts from reading the AR through.Generally, there has been some delays it certain areas, perhaps in the order of 6 months or so, but I feel this is more than compensated by the DU ,UEP and other developments. Also I don't think any of us expected the rapid Tarana development last year. ENET look to have a much more rounded and encompassing offering compared to last year, with multiple projects and developments in relatively near term trials and deployment. The emphasis is now much more broader than the Chinese UPF market, that has to be a good and healthy thing.R&D. ENET continue to spend an impressive amount on R&D, we are seeing the benefits of that policy. Some $4m was spent on R&D last year. One measure the Techinvest magazine (I no longer subscribe, but that's another story) use to identify tech co's with potential selling at attractive levels is the Research ratio, m.cap divided by annual R&D spend. ENET's is currently about 8, it would have been substantially less last year, around 2 at times.Rule of thumb is anything less than 10, take notice. 8 is well in take notice territory.ENET consider they will be a 'key player' in the 5G market. That is some claim, also it puts the rather trifling sub £25m market cap into context'The Company's disaggregated FPGA-based products and innovative IP coupled with software appliances covers the Open RAN space from tower to core. These will all contribute to the Company to positioning itself as a key player in this market.'I do like talk of exponential increases!'Our DU and UEP offerings are offerings of combined hardware (or FPGA Firmware) that will be equipped with our routing software stack, of which the first version is schedule for release by Q3 21 followed by an advanced version planned for 2022. The Company anticipates that as soon as the Company completes the development of the routing software stack integration, orders for customised UEP routing platforms together with vRouter offload and DU based FPGA Smart NIC (ACE-NIC ) offerings for deployment into cloud native environments, Open RAN and 5G core will increase in exponentially.'If I'm reading the above correctly, the routing software stack integration should be done in Q3 21 to tie in with the first version release, so exponential increase in orders is v.close, happy days! Next best thing to exponential growth is large scale growth, we've got that box ticked as well!'I am hopeful that the growing momentum around our 5G UPF, 5G DU, UEP based wireless backhaul networking unit with an integrated bonding solution will lead to the realisation of large scale growth in the coming years.'The company here confirm near term orders (second half) are expected'....the planned growth for 2022 from the current existing customer base and that the market evolution, uptake and deployments as have been long anticipated will now be realised from the latter half of this year and the long anticipated and expected growth will now come to fruition.'It's all pointing in the same direction, massive growth heading our way!Very interesting that ENET are looking to collaborate with an FPGA vendor:'The result is that we may also see business opportunities for our DU NIC card without routing. For this such configuration offering we intend on collaborating with the FPGA vendors in a joint go-to-market plan which will allow us to meet the target price versus cheaper ASIC offerings, but with excellence of DU offload and the Sync/timing solution.'There's plenty more in the report concerning trials and deployments, but the above bits particularly caught my eye.It looks a very busy period ahead for ENET and their shareholders.GLALTH

Dplewis....I think they were waiting as late as possible to try to see if they could have got the UEP60 contract included as signed. However they ran out of time. Think about it....if they had released those figures and this UEP contract as an RNS then the shares would have shot up from 45p and not cratered.
Just a matter of days I think. Just days.

Lol, all rather exciting the potential here. I wonder how close 'commercial closing legal discussions' is in reality? If I compare it to onboarding clients at the company I work for I'd estimate less than a month. Would be a huge boost if they can name them as well..

Astral....if the readers can take the time it shows a clear set of stepping stones to revenues of in excess of $50m in three years time with a gross margin of 65 to 70% and almost the same level of overhead as today. Do the math on that one and equate a P/E ratio of 25 and you can get accused of ramping!!

We will find out literally in the next few weeks. If that UEP 60 contract appears it is game on. IMO the chairman would not have allowed it to be mentioned unless it was nailed on certain as much as it can be in business.

PATT , that report is packed with gems, eg'The Company's disaggregated FPGA-based products and innovative IP coupled with software appliances covers the Open RAN space from tower to core. These will all contribute to the Company to positioning itself as a key player in this market.'So you can buy into a key 5G player for less than £25m m.cap.Astounding.I will be addingGLA

Astral....fully agree. This is an invisible monster growing. The future revenue streams will suddenly become apparent in late 2021 and all with these enormous gross margins. ENET will be the focal firm of a number of major global companies and their IP embedded in these global companies service offering. There is no better strategic relationship.

The recent RNS is telling us to expect a major RNS in a matter of days or weeks and the price dropped. Astounding but not surprising. The moment that RNS drops we will be back to 55p and those who sold will be kicking themselves. They were told is they had bothered to get through the long report.

I put around £6k into my and my wife's SIPPs each month. It is a lot as we have two kids at uni and pension contributions reduce your income assessable for student loans and that saves us £9k per annum plus the kids get £2k bursaries each so another £4K if you get your net household income down to £23k odd. PATT top kids tip there.... But every penny now is going into ENET. And will do until the new old news hits!

I feel as buzzy about this as I did with ITX in Dec last year when it was 2p and has since risen to 12p off. I fully expect the same kind of rise here.

Have a great weekend all. 34c here again. Am painting today but finish at 2pm and into the pool. Pizza tonight watching Italy and Austria.

Escape...the most difficult skill of investing Imo is keeping your belief when the market seems to kick you in the face. That is why I always say celebrate the dips especially early on.

As long as you can confirm the following it will all be fine..

Is the company growing?
Is the gross margin being maintained?
Will the company be profitable within 18 months?
Does it have the cash to get there?

The fact a few holders sold yesterday means zero. With illiquid shared just a few sales drops it like a stone. We could recover half the drop today.

I am very very very excited about ENET. Loads.

Just when I start seeing the old Donkey as a potential stallion it reverts back to form....

A male donkey is called a jack, the female is called a jenny....

Let's just hope this Jenny doesn't shed another penny.
