16/2/2023 08:34 | Essentially, if the share price is 10p average before the price increase news and then 20p afterwards, Bergen can elect to convert at 14.25p. I agree that the $2m has been dreadful. Having cleared the last CLNs with Bergen they then racked up more. This time into a bear market, component shortages, 5G deadlock, delays in contracts, 10 months with no contract news. Hence why we are here. However…..that | purchaseatthetop
16/2/2023 07:58 | Bergen don't need to commit. "The Settlement Price will be equal to the sum of the Reference Price and the Additional Price. The Reference Price will be the average of three daily volume-weighted average prices ("VWAPs") of Shares selected by 5G Fund during a fifteen-trading day period immediately prior to the date of notice of their issue, rounded down to the next one tenth of a penny. The Additional Price will be equal to half of the excess of 85% of the average of the daily VWAPs of the Shares during the three consecutive trading days immediately prior to the date of notice of their issue over the Reference Price. The pricing mechanism thus provides an additional protection mechanism for the Company, to minimise excessive discounts" They don't need to guess they can still secure a very cheap entry even after news. They are in no hurry and will play the long game. This finance has turned out to be a disaster. I don't know how MR has a job after screwing up funding on several occasions. He well knew the risks and he went ahead. It handicaps but doesn't prevent shareholders from large returns. | 504
16/2/2023 07:34 | I agree it does not make sense. Why not convert unless Sp going lower or agreement being followed. We just don't know full agreement. | chester9
16/2/2023 05:42 | Always wrong. No momentum. Until there it happens. Which part of waiting is so tough? Right now we know we essentially only have one product G1 In two weeks we can add UEP2025 wISP and find out about the OEM model maybe China PON XGS being rolled out Q2 23. They are heavily marketing it at WISP America China FTTR being developed G2 under development release late 23. Now….if we had nothing on the horizon then Ethernity would have to rely on ramping RNSs but they do not have to. And right now they are working on the $6.5m contracted 2023 revenue that we know about. | purchaseatthetop
16/2/2023 00:32 | Consistently wrong . Time after time , never ever right. What language do you want it in. A share that never builds momentum. | joinednow
15/2/2023 20:44 | Or transformational exponential at the finish line | eeza
15/2/2023 20:26 | That is in the same list as… I love you The cheques in the post Of course I won’t come in your mouth | purchaseatthetop
15/2/2023 19:40 | If it were to go up on good news I suspect that they would convert 10% more. The mechanism for conversion is very easy for them to convert at a good price after news. It could go lower yet. No hurry for them | 504
15/2/2023 18:24 | It’s only two sells of £7k that we are talking about. It could easily be the estate of a holder who topped himself in depression (only joking I think) clearing when they can. Kcowe and I fully agree on this. Alert media. Bergen would have been fully conversant with the placing and data behind it. There is no upside for them selling at a loss. They want share rise now. Like all of us. | purchaseatthetop
15/2/2023 18:22 | Doesn't make sense .. why did they convert a tranche above 10p .. they must have been in the loop re fundraise ... So why sell down recently converted shareholding at a loss ? | kcowe
15/2/2023 17:44 | As outlined on my post 14233. Bergen can convert now and effectively hold 20% of the company. It seems to me that Bergen must reduce their holding to a pre agreed level or why else would they not convert in near future and hold 20 percent? As we know if the company does hit 15p it's value would be £15m, 20% of that is £3m to Bergen. No where near enough for an acceptable investment return.Either the share price has to go lower or news has to improve their return to acceptable profitability. It's a complicated structure for sure, but something in the agreement is stopping them converting. | chester9
15/2/2023 16:54 | And another 100k just after the bell. | eeza
15/2/2023 16:32 | Bergen have been selling at a loss for a while now. Might not have been them, I only said maybe as all the PI providers are NT to sell that amount | dplewis1
15/2/2023 16:25 | And still 3 weeks to go !! | eeza
15/2/2023 16:20 | Dplewis. I don’t think it was Bergen. Why would they sell at a loss. Only £7k so likely to be a PI who has lost the will to live. But who knows. | purchaseatthetop
15/2/2023 16:12 | They've got shed loads. I did the 2 small 2.5k buys and there's zero bid, not sure how someone managed to get 100k away maybe it was Bergen who always seem to get good fills | dplewis1
15/2/2023 16:11 | You are right there eeza. Loads bought at 7.07 and not a tremor! | purchaseatthetop
15/2/2023 15:58 | MM's still have some in their satchel at 7.08p. | eeza
15/2/2023 15:48 | Open job positions down to seven on both website and LinkedIn. I would read nothing into that! | purchaseatthetop
15/2/2023 15:38 | Tburns. What happens now is mere ripples on the pond when a storm is coming. The question is, will the storm arrive? | purchaseatthetop
15/2/2023 14:47 | Well said SG, as you say we are all human. | tburns
15/2/2023 14:45 | Looks like there is little further market to sell at this price as another block squirrelled away | tburns
15/2/2023 11:00 | PattAs I said I happy if the share price rockets for you and everyone, you all deserve it. Both T Burns and I did very well out of BEN. He is a good trader and a good lad.I rejoice in other people's success. I was merely explaining why some out of frustration of your 24/7 bashing on many other stocks with evil intent occasionally fire off a few volleys at you back. But you know that and enjoy the attention. As you well know when I have been wrong I hold up my hands and admit it and I have been super critical of their over optimism. It's about balanced opinion and sometimes you just wind people up an itsy bitsy too much.We are all human! So appologies to ENET holders. If the fundamentals get better here I might even invest, even if that means avoiding the early risks and reward. 15/2/2023 09:58 | That one wasn't mine, well read PATT. Shares getting mopped up, will turn in due course. | tburns
15/2/2023 09:49 | I think Tburns would have said so. He seems a very straight up and level headed chap. He made a lot of profit on BEN so ironic to have him here! I will be buying Friday next week. I think that will be only a week away from the end of the low prices but that is all uncertain. | purchaseatthetop |
