504. I look at it from the future point of view. They want flexibility to add whatever radios onto the infrastructure they have built. Future proofing is critical as who knows where this will go. Reduced cost and ability to add on at lowest cost must be the way. But WTFDIK?

This assumes that disaggregation at the radio is universally important to the majority of Integrators or network builders. We have to assume that it is as it makes sense but some will be tied to some providers. Little bits of the jigsaw matter like the radio aerial in glass from Nippon. I believe private networks will want many different options for radio but until that's proven it's a unsubstantiated assumption. Disaggregation seems important but at the radio I don't know because simply Ethernity are alone here. In fact many talk of disaggregation but largely that is to allow theirs to fit others not a universal fits everything guarantee.

504. That is the whole point. UEP is disaggregated. It is the USP and why I think ENET will be in nearly all of it. The OEMs cannot have a customised solution for endless variations of radios. It is a simple standard unit that really must be part of any offering as it commoditises radio links.

We will hear soon and it will be good. As always, we have heard nothing and that is merely my conclusion.

A lot of ideas and talk at the moment. Of course we would all like the confirmation in an RNS with figures, contracts and client details but I doubt that will happen like that.
Ethernity has moved to a wholesale model now for UEP. This is largely because the OEMs will be selling into many deployments that will be evolving one radio at a time. The UEP being truly disaggregated is likely to be the constant feature for the OEM.
There will be many more private networks than people imagine. Certainly hundreds of thousands if not millions globally.
Hopefully we hear about the preorders and then shipping or sales.
I see potential for more XGS-PON sales in the form of more OEM contracts. DU sales are inevitable especially for those building from scratch networks. The benefits are too great to ignore and there are several larger networks that are likely to take 3-5000 units in their buildout. The OEMs here are the server vendors. The work is done and orders should follow.
Now just a lot of talk and many cannot see it but that will change and Ethernity could scale very quickly.

This has dropped from 57p last April and continues to drop to todays 15p. BODs have lost connection with reality. It's done nothing in the last 10 years and will do nothing in the future. Time to put the phone down on this number before it drops under 10p.

India’s own 5g stack to be ready for sept-Oct: ashwini vaishnaw

It is from May 22 and the article makes it clear fundamental tech advances are included.

Cottoner. That illustrates just why ENET will be massive in 5G. It was designed to reinvent the processes behind the functionality. Ground up. There have been huge resistance from companies who have invested billions in old infrastructure, and if you read the Indian rollout Press releases from Greg you can see the concern from those stakeholders. But this new 5G will be modern and efficient. Has to be. So it will involve us. Actually I would not be surprised to see an RNS pretty soon and a Indian rollout in 25 cities starts in August 22. Exciting times but nothing on the table yet. We are suffering from knowing too much. We were too early. But we will not be too late.

Not just hard cash Greg. It is the ability to supply the Indian manufactured cell site system to other customers. See 8/4/22 RNS. The OEM will now be launching mass production of the entire system that was designed by ENET for the Indian market and also manufacturing for export markets for ENET.

Staggering.

I have for a while thought India will be the first big ENET win.

Note they will be one off fees..........therefore more $ for clobber and expansion.

......after all the delays, hopefully this will get things moving soonish.

Quantas. The cart needs horses. We have been waiting for 5G rollout and now it is happening. We sell nothing until the OEMs sell. Simple as that. But we know we have an Indian solution and it will be part of this finally. This news I think is even more important than the UEP2025. Our IP is even more important in India that elsewhere with the lack of fibre infrastructure and power needs. This means an Indian OEM RNS is coming. It is concrete.

Good spot Greg. India we’re having this done to mark the 75th anniversary of independence. Reliance Jio have always been my idea of our partner there. It’s happening. Finally. Everywhere. DISH in the USA and now India. We will have a tiny part of every market.

It’s back to the warrants. Assuming we get the UEP contract news we will be back at 65p plus in days and then they have the cash they need. The Feb22 RNS about the $2m subscription contains the price protection clause. I wonder if 5G are not allowed to convert the shares until after the next new contract RNS which is why we have had none. OK that is left field but the moment we have the contract RNS the dilution is mitigated.

What they do about funding depends on the progress of the sales. Q4 will generate an income, if that increases rapidly then they will have cash. If they have volume sales Q1 could easily produce $4m. $500k from China, $500k from Tarana, $250k from the UEP contract $250k from other announced contracts. $2.5m from UEP2025 in ramp up. I don't see that as impossible at all if the demand is there.
$4m in covers a lot of bills.
It all rests with the OEMs of which we know almost nothing about.

Yes certainly some similarities between the share price trajectory as well as the cash management..Agree that TGP will possibly do a snap raise and if Enet finally get some news coming they will probably do the same.. as MR said he won't 'turn down good money' and it might rid us of the balls of damocles

You can want. It's obvious that they are an associated party but MR will never admit it. I contacted the regulator at LSE when the $2m deal was done and they said that I could make a complaint but suggested that I wait and see if I end up out of pocket. Strange advise but I think that it was really saying that taking action against a company that I have an investment in is possibly a bit crazy when the complaint is about funding that without my investment would be weakened.
I think that there's more that we don't know about this than we do.
Largely the market looks at key turnaround events and market closed to market open is a huge event that will be supported by rapid growth. I see no reason why the chart won't reverse in quick order.

Even with the dilution this business is in the best position it's been in for the last 4 years.
Sales news and a ongoing pipeline of orders and it will take off. We can expect that now, Ethernity certainly expect that, the OEMs expect that.

504. I actual think you are right but the trouble is that any investor has to assume the worst. I think 5G are a connected and supportive partner of long standing (hi Daykin) but that is because we watch very closely. Anyway. It is now just three weeks and it will be a year since the last new contract RNS. Been a long year.

That sword could easily be a penknife, there's a general assumption that they will try to get the lowest strike price. We'll wait and see
