Probably because CHLL is suspended, the two ex-Directors have emptied the bank account, they cannot give any financial or trading update because accounting records are incomplete, they have lost their $800k website domain name, they are investigating terrible contractual terms for their UK snd European contracts snd their US business walked with the two Directors.
